"Haven't recived product it is still being processed all I can say is service sure sucks I will not shop here again! Communicatin sucks it took 6 months to respond to this review. Your products are low grade quality for the regular price what a crock of BULL!!!!!!!! I can also see that your ratings over all are prety poor I think you all just need to go out of business & close your web site down & save the american people a lot of trouble & money!!!!"

"I ordered a pair of 5.11 Coyote 8" boots for outdoor fun. The boots came in a timely fashion. After only wearing the three times in a non-demanding walking environment to break them in, one of the lace-eyelets broke. Having had good orders before, I contacted customer service and that is when the fun began. Chris told me to ship the boots back to them and provided a return shipping label. I packed the boots with a tag showing the failed eyelet and a copy of the original receipt. I also followed up with an email and phone call. Two weeks went by and no boots. I called Chris and he said they were on back order. As I needed the boots for an outdoor training mission, I asked for a refund. So far, after talking with John and him verifying they received the boots, no refund. Everything is "10 days." If I don't see the refund in the next five days. I am taking this to the BBB and filing a formal complaint as well as fraud complaint to my credit card company. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Two months and no satisfaction!"

"I ordered 2 pieces of gear for a deployment to Afghanistan. Unfortunately one of the items were out of stock, and I needed it really quick. When I called to cancel my order, AFMO was polite and returned the credit on my credit card right away. Very professional and polite! They didnt play any games. Also, I liked the fact that someone there actually answered the phone, unlike a lot of other internet dealers. I will definetly do business with AFMO again."

"After spending time deciding on what style amnd make of boots to buy, I decided to use AFMO. They had the boot listed on their website, and at a reasonable price. I had heard that AFMO was a legitimate company, and good to work with. SO I went through the process of ordering my boots.
Sadly, AFMO sent me an email the next day telling me that my ordeer was back ordered. I order all the time from online, so I was quite surprised to find out that they would not list a back order status on their website. I also didn't like the fact that it took more that just a few minutes to determine a back order status. So at this time, I am still waiting for my boots to arrive. I just hope they are worth the wait. But I don't think I'll be back any time soon, if at all. There are too many companies out there on the ball, keeping their website up to date.

"AFMO is actually the acronym for "Absolutely Fraudulent Merchandising Outlet". These guys are crooks. They have horrible customer service and the only rep you can contact is some guy with a tough accent named "Yanosh". I purchased a pair of DBU pants and an Under-Armour mock shirt, which they did not inform me were placed on back order until I called them 2 weeks later since my order was still listed as "Processing". I was then told that it would take another week to get the supply truck in that would have my items; I called back exactly a week later, and was told that it would take another 2 weeks. This was completely unacceptable and I decided to cancel my order. "Yanosh" said it had been cancelled and I verified this over the internet as the order was removed from the account page I set up. He said that the refund would take approximately 1 or 2 weeks. It's been 2 weeks and a few days and there has been no crediting activity on my checking account. I have since been looking for the proper business agency to investigate AFMO and have them sued for fraudulent business dealings. These guys are going to get shut down and no one should deal with them as they are completely illegitimate internet scam-artists. Buy from other online stores, mark AFMO off your list!"

"Order placed: October 21, 2006 - credit card billed: October 23, 2006 - item shipped December 13, 2006.
While I understand a backorder, AFMO never informed me of a delay until I contacted them three weeks after the order was placed. I did not appreciate my credit card being billed before the item was ready to ship.
The merchandise quality is very good as was the price, but the billing practice will make me avoid this store in the future.
