"I'm glad I found this website, and glad to see that (unfortunately) I am not alone. I got scammed by Arismo too (same MO as the rest of you), but only $7.99 for an exhaust fan. What concerns me the most is the fact that they now possess my credit card #. I suggest someone take action, or suggest options for taking action. I'm not a lawyer, but this is fraud, right??

"I purchased a 512mb DIMM from them. Recieved the confirmation and subsequently a $35.00 deduction on my credit card thru a company called SofSoft Corporation. Since I did not purchase anything thru SofSoft, I have to assume this is Arismo, since it's the same price. The phone number on my bank statement starts with 886-336-542, I don't know what last number is. All calls to them connected but a second later just dropped. Tried to contact them via email and web site email, both got no responses. After a while tried to go back to their website, only to find it gone. I'm glad I found this website."

"I have placed unfortunatly two orders as of July 7th 2003 and july 21st. And today is August the 5th and I am still waiting. I have called and left many messages. And I have called again to get a wrong number or non existant. I have been charged for the second order as of july the 24th. and I recived a confirmation for shipping but nothing recieved.
I have done a whois and found a phone number to try to call and get a "not in service" message.

"Another one bites the dust. This is the first bad experience for web purchases that I've had. Of course, I have not made very many. This was the first time that I ordered from this company, which was listed on PriceWatch.com. I ordered some RAM back on the 14th. I received a confirmation email. However, I have not received my product. I emailed their support twice...with no answer. I called their 1-866 number...which is not working. Today I checked the web site to find that it was no longer working either. I did a search and found this web site. As I read the postings, I am also going to post complaints at the two web sites listed among the other posts; "https:/www.ifccfbi.gov" and "http://www.econsumer.gov/english/". I hope that my bank will be able to reverse the charges. I also hope that you all see costumer satisfaction with reimbursements."
