"I was told the pressure tank I bought was NSF approved, and a plumber was not needed. WRONG! It was not, and No plumber within 250 miles would work on it because of where it came from. It was free shipping when I ordered, But when I returned it, I was charged $60.00! Aquascience is not very honest or fair. They basically tricked me into buying, knowing I would have to return or just take the loss. Buyer Beware!"

We are sorry that you feel that you have been tricked but we have delivered our end of the purchase with out fail. We sell hundreds of these tanks to DIYers and plumbers across the USA. A plumber is not required for installation but lots of people feel better if a license plumber installs it for them. Unfortunately the plumbers in your area seem to only want to use their own merchandise verses what the customer bought. This happens and unfortunately this is something that we do not control. We just sell the products and it is up to the customers responsibility to get the products installed. The order did not have free shipping but the shipping was included with in the price. Per our return policies, we charge the shipping to and from the customer when the item is returned. Please let us know if you have any questions.
