"I have dealt with Appricorn before, and these folks are GREAT! I ordered an item that was supposed to be shipped 2-day, but got mixed in with a Ground shipment. I called and spoke with Kurt about it, and he immediately looked into the matter. He called me back a few hours later (a rare occurrence these days) to tell me that he had contacted the shipping department, and they found my package and it would now be shipped overnight (at their expense) so I could have it on schedule.
