"I ordered a Viking wall oven two weeks before Thanksgiving. It was sent by Appliance Connection and delivered to AM Trucking hub in Charleston, SC five days after ordering. AM Trucking did not call me to schedule - leaving me to call them and was promised delivery the Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Instead, without calling to discuss they set delivery after Thanksgiving when the office to receive is closed (7:30-10:30pm!). Appliance Connection was not helpful at all and the supervisor was rude and unhelpful in getting any assistance. Suggested I take a 4 hour round trip to pick it up myself. I would not order from them again!!!"

"First time using Appliances Connection and had a very pleasant experience from beginning to delivery. Judy F was friendly and advised on how the delivery scheduling worked. I ordered my appliances via phone and the gentleman was friendly as well. I would definitely use AC again. Only one thing, although delivery was good. A small dent was on my fridge. It's on the side where you can't see it so it's fine but something to be aware of during drop delivery. By the way, delivery men were very nice too. Again, overall, very good experience."

I had an odd billing issue. She was fast, friendly and Uber-professional…even with a 3rd party we had to involve that wasn’t exactly pleasant. Raisa went above and beyond!

"I bought a new high end fridge from AC and the purchase was fine, and the delivery to the warehouse was fine. The problem was in the delivery. The company that they contracted with for delivery help my product hostage for a month. It wasn't until I spoke with Ledio at AC that we figured out what the problem was. These guys at AM were not equipped to deliver and set this up. They kept saying they needed more guys to do it. The reality just just did not know how to do it. I was able to work with Ledio and found my own installers locally in California and they installed it perfectly. I am very happy with the new product, but it was a little bit of a hard road to get it in my home. Thanks to Ledio of AC for working with me to finally make this happen. "
