"If you are reading all the one star reviews, those are the real ones. The five stars have got to be fake. I am in the same boat as all the other poor souls who did not research Appliancezone before they placed an order. No communication from them, its going on two weeks without any notice from this company. My order just shows processing. I have tried their "Live Chat", which is just a computer program that has drop down menus that get you to send in your email and tells you that you should get a reply in 24 hours. Not Live Chat in my humble opinion. This is crazy that this site can exist. I have not heard back, and when tried to cancel my order, I could not believe that you can only cancel if you item is on back order. Pretty crazy when they don't tell you your item is on back order. It is just processing."

"I ordered a stove door for my oven using their online chat. The problem is that it arrived black, not white. When I contacted them via chat, the only way they communicate, I was told that I would have to mail it back at my cost buy the new one and have that mailed to me at my expense and then they would give me an rma number to return the old one. This means I am paying for 3 shipping expenses. If I don't purchase the replacement door in white from them they will only give me credit for 50% of the cost of the black door! Nothing like backing me into a corner for another sale!
Lastly, I gave the chat person my model and serial numbers before I placed my first order. From that they should have known what color my oven is, that is what those numbers do. If they didn't know they should have asked. A disgraceful business. I ordered the door from another company and I won't go back to this company ever again.
Now I get to duke it out through the credit card company to get my credit due to me as they are not issuing a credit even though I mailed it to them with a tracking number! A awful awful company.

"Wow, I'm surprised by all the negative reviews. I've used ApplianceZone 6 times since 2010. In every case I received the part I ordered, for the originally quoted price, in brand new condition, for a price better than almost all of their competitors after factoring in shipping, and usually delivered within just 2 or 3 days of placing the order. In the one case where I had to return a part that I ended up not needing, the return was accepted without problems and I received a credit within a few days.

I have to say I'm almost completely satisfied with them. The only problem I've had with them is that there's no way to unsubscribe from their stupid newsletter. But it just goes into my spam folder, so who cares.

"Be aware. They are bunch of theives. The charged my card before attempting to ship an item just to realize that they don't have it in stock. They promissed to refund by card in tw0 weeks!! Can you believe it? It took them a minute to charge it but it takes two weeks to refund. Anyway, it is July 9th and I have no refund. Of course, I will dispute the charge but it is such a waste of my time."

"I ordered parts for a KitchenAid microwave/oven combination, using their parts search software by entering manufacturer, model number and serial number. Received the wrong parts. chatted and emailed with them endlessly and sent them pictures to help them come up with the correct part numbers. When they finally did, I ordered 6 pieces of the springs but received only 5 correct ones and one wrong again. Now they do not want to take back and issue a refund for the wrong parts, all I get from them is excuses.
A sorry organization with lousy customer service.
I recommend to stay away from them!

"I have never been so satisfied as I have been with shopping with appliance zone. And, my live chat representative, Dillon, was more helpful and courteous than any other I have dealt with to date. If you don't shop for your parts here then you will only remain unsatisfied and over charged. And, remember, ask for Dillon on live chat as he took care of everything in one fell swoop.

"I bought a product and paid for next day shipping. They sent the product GROUND. Then I sent back the defective part to get the 50.00 core refund. It's been over one month since they got the part and all I get are excuses about why they haven't refunded yet. AVOID"

"I just bought a simple a/c side panel with dimmensions 11" wide x 14" high.Those dimmensions were right on the part showing on they're site so I just get-it cause thats the right size for my window a/c.When I get the part the size was 11" wide but 12.5" high,I contact them and they told me the messures are appoximatly and is nothing they can do.that's ok,I lost $33 bucks and they lost a potential client cause I do my living fixing appliances in my neighborhood.I just keep buying on Ebay so far so good.thanks"

"I ordered water filters, and waited over a month; nothing. I emailed them asking where my order was, and they said, "oh, it's on backorder". Would have been nice if they told me that when I placed my order. Then the next thing I get is an "invoice" for shipping. Supposedly I gave them the wrong shipping address and it was returned to them. Checking, it was the correct address; just that that particular address does not receive USPS. Nowhere in their website is there an option to add an alternate address. I refused to pay the second shipping charge and just cancelled my order."

"I ordered a part for my Kitchen Aid dishwasher (two, actually), with two day shipment. Seven days later, the wrong part arrived. Not two, but one. And the packing list indicated one part, no backorders. There is NO PHONE NUMBER I can find on their website. I tried live chat, but I kept getting directed back out to the main page. I finally sent an email. I would NEVER use this company again. They clearly don't want to be reachable, because they suck so bad. I'm going to challenge the charge with my bank, because I think that's the only way I'll get my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE IDIOTS!"

"Do not order from this company!!! When I ordered my part they showed on their site that they had it in stock. I ordered the part via the expedited shipping. I was notified the following
day that they found that it was not in stock when they went to fill the order. They claim to have 30 warehouses nationwide and
said that the part was out-of-stock nationwide. I ask that they
just cancel my order if they could not deliver the part overnight. I was informed that they would only send the part to me whenever it was received. They have very shady return/credit rules that do not reflect good business practice.
I ordered the part the next day from another source and received it overnight. There was no nationwide backorder of the part from the manufacturer......just ApplianceZone B.S.
Guess I will still get their part if and when they ever ship it.
Wish I had checked them out better. Fool me once ..........

"I came close to purchasing a seal for my Kenmore refrigerator door from Appliance Zone. I had encountered another company with low prices, but they had many complaints from people who accused them of scamming them, then advising everyone to use caution if thinking of buying anything from them.
I truly thought Appliance Zone was on the up and up, but just before giving my credit card information, decided to double check on them as well. Boy am I ever glad I did!
THANK YOU TO EVERYONE who took the time to share their experiences with this company!!! I for one am most grateful!
Someone mentioned a site called APPLIANCE PARTS PRO'S... THANK YOU!!! They truly are a wonderful and honest company, built on serving the customer honestly it would appear. I cannot imagine how else they acquired the hundreds of high mentions from loyal customers on this very site! KUDOS!
