"I am an apparel printer and order through a wholesale supplier. My supplier had a backorder on a jacket I needed and I looked for a company that had some in stock. I chatted with customer service prior to placing my order and the agent told me he confirmed with the warehouse that they jackets I needed were physically in stock at the warehouse. As soon as my order was finalized I received an email that they were backordered. Chatting with customer service again they acknowledged that they don't keep these in stock and they order from the same supplier I do. They flat out lied to make the sale. "

"Advice to customers, really watch the shipping charges. On the first cart view, you could enter your zip code to see the shipping charges for ups ground - the basic shipping. The charges are higher than any other online shopping that I have experienced. For one item it was 9.99, when I added a pair of shorts it jumped to 18.****. You have to play around because it changes. Anyway, my cart was updated with my items and the shipping updated with all items, and when I went to complete the transaction, the shipping charge increased. I finished the transaction, but contacted customer service. Steve Addison replied telling me there was a surcharge for residence vs business. Ok, I did another order as practice.....ummmm wrong and who ever heard of that. He said it was an estimate, so I said that they should update to indicate that on the cart page, but usually when you put your zip code, it's pretty easy based on weight to determine actual costs. Anyway, no resolution after .....I don't know .....over 5 emails - just sorry for the inconvenience and that's how things work. I asked it to be escalated to a manager, but did not hear back. So, if you are willing to pay the really high shipping charges, at least check the final page for what really you will be charged."
