"Ordered 2 set of 48 hats with our company logo on it. First sign of trouble was when the proof was sent, the orange in our hats was sent over multiple times in a yellow color. Super fast production and shipping time is a positive. Negative - the 36 of the 48 hat in one set are the wrong color. This is the color they had wrong on their website. The one I brought to their attention as I had the proper color hat sitting on my desk. I received assurance that I would get the correct color:

The have updated their website now. Customer Service is horrible when I brought the issue to their attention. Machs said it would be "weeks" before a resolution would be available.
This is the second order I know about where they sent the wrong color caps. In the first - there was no offer to make it right or for any discount. Just a so sad too bad for there error.
I was giving them a chance but no more and it is time to let the world know this is not a good and honorable company. "

"I started communicating with Apparelnbags at the end of October to order warm jackets and vests for our employees before the weather goes bad.
First, it takes them 2-3 days to respond to emails.
Second, they provide NONE assistance during the order processing. We paid a decent amount for around 150 items and were waiting for the confirmation for 2 weeks, but still never received it! It turned out that we had to complete the order on their website by adding the money transfer number. Sound simple but they never explained it to us!
While we were waiting for the approval, they run out of the items that we ordered, so we had to change the order. After 3 more weeks of the waiting time, they're telling us that the order isn't going to be complete soon because they lack some items again.
We are super late with gifts for our employees, we've spent lots of money on this order, and had the worst experience ever!!!"
"Ordered some BALI underwear. Usually take a 6 in their cotton control line but I wanted a nylon so I ordered that in the same style, just different material and **** was too small!! ApparelnBags would not take them back or exchange them even though Bali does so on their website.
Bottom line is don't buy from ApparelnBags when you can go right to the manufacturer and get free shipping and a free exchange if they don't fit as they should. "
