When I spoke to her she said she would send me a credit app and I never received it. I contacted Apex battery to try a different customer service rep. I don’t remember his name although he said he would also send me a credit app. I never received it. If Apex didn’t accept Amazon Pay to make this purchase simple, I would not have made the purchase based on this terrible customer service experience. The rep never followed up on receipt of credit app. We’re a 5+ years customer. I hope to find another battery provider if Vanessa has to be my specific rep. "
