I sent them my logo for the product and confirmed the design and the next day they got back to me that my image was low quality and would be blurry if they used that image. I was able to send them a new high-resolution image and then they went on with the process. If it wasn't for their attention to detail even on a simple product as lip balm I would have wasted company money. I also tried the product for myself and it's a very smooth moisturizing formula!
