I was contacted saying that it wasn't possible with that bottle, but their website said to just put it in the notes... No problem they were able to accomodate after the fact. Delays on proofs and failure to follow instructions meant approval couldn't be given until a week later. At that time they told me they only had half the color I ordered because it was sold from under me after paying. Took another 3 days to agree to doing the other half in lime green (we wanted grey), then with out notifying they changed the entire order to the lime green. Now closing in to the event their estimates puts delivery possibly 2 days after the event. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER BUYING AGAIN."

"on february 27 i ordered 500 pens since i had a sow on march 21, when i received the order, only 380 pens arrived of which 50 of them were not mine they sent me 50 pens from another company, ok mistakes happen but it has More than a month has passed and the problem has not been resolved.
