"This was the first time I bought something from this supplier. I was happy with the fast shipping - if it hadn't been for the Labor Day holiday, it would only have taken 3 days from the day I ordered the item. I'd definitely use them again."
"Worst customer service ever!! I ordered 2 chair mats and they came extremely fast although shipping was $35. One mat was defective (who'd think anything could go wrong with a chair mat?!) and it took a week before they would resolve the matter, and via email only. They refused to replace the defective mat, even after they initially said they would. It wasn't until after I mentioned "chargeback" that they actually arranged to pick up the defective mat. They only refunded $13.50 of the $35 shipping however. Beware of dealing with this company, especially if problems should arise.

After I wrote this review they generously offered to refund all the shipping of the defective mat. That's better!"
