"Google Shopping displayed a rug I've been searching for. At such a great price, two other web retailers wouln't match their price, as they would lose money. I even called to confirm the price AND stock on the item prior to my order because it seemed too good to be true.

Within hours of ordering, I received an email stating my product was scheduled to ship. 48 hours later I received an email stating my order had been canceled due to it being out of stock and they don't hold back orders.

Customer service explained that they only update their information in house once a week and that the stock displayed on their website at the time of order was already gone - they knowingly sold me an item that was out of stock at the time of purchase.

As a previous review said, Don't waste your time with this company - they might be cheap, but you won't know if they're actually selling what they list.

"I ordered a Panasonic TC-L42D30 LED-LCD TV from them yesterday (11/22/2011). I was told my CC charge would be $714.99 plus $43.30 for shipping, a total of $758.29. Today I received and email requiring me to pay $150.00 for freight! Quite an uplift!! I am in the process of canceling my order. I believe most of the "good" reviews here are from their employees, as this is an extremely poor business practice."

"Very Disappointed. I ordered a Enermax PLATIMAX 1200W 89+ EPS 12V Modular power supply. received an update the following day saying it was processing. Then nothing, I e-mailed several times and received no response. Finally when I called I was told they had received my e-mail and were working on it. I was told it shipped 11/18 when actually it shipped 11/21....now it in fedex's system and I will not get it for 8 days!!
When it was delayed I should have been contacted to see if I wanted it shipped some other way!
This sucks I wanted to complete my build over the long weekend ...now this isn't going to happen!
They were nice on the phone and the price was good but it will now be 2.5 weeks to get this item...sorry but that's unsatisfactory!"

"Ordered a set of 4 WD20EARX harddrives to build a new NAS box for home network. When I placed my order they their website stated they had 31 drives in stock at a price of 116.99 each. Later in the day I received an email telling me, " the item you ordered is on backorder. However, we are required to cancel your order as we are not able to maintain a backorder for this item." I go to their site today and and the drives I ordered are still showing 31 in stock, but now they price is listed as 264.99 per drive. A very poor business practice, that will keep me from ever doing business with such a dishonest merchant again. Do not order from them as they cannot be trusted to fulfill an order once placed. "

"Incredibly unprofessional. Placed an order for four 2TB hard drives via credit card. Order was taken and 15 minutes later I was sent an email stating that I needed to fill out a form to authorize the purchase and fax it back to them. This was standard procedure I was told and had nothing to do with my credit card. Never had to fill out an extra form for an internet purchase but did this time. 24 hours later my order was "waiting approval". Tried on-line chat help and after waiting 20 minutes ironically received a call from AntaresPro asking me for a copy of my license and credit card. That raised a major red flag for me as I've never had that requested for much larger transactions elsewhere. I cancelled the order at AntaresPro and just placed the identical order at an e-tailer that I've done business with. It was a few dollars more expensive ($15 on a $1,000 purchase) but I trust them. Should have done that from the beginning - they have real support and would never ask me to fax back financially sensitive info. Don't know if AntaresPro is a scam shop but sure seems like it."
