I did buy a hidden camera cap from them lol.. at about 1/4 the price anywhere else, it was made up, rough components but it works !!! that kind of stuff and gamble is worth it.. it shows just how much outrageous mark up the big companies are making..
But if you are expecting genuine models of phones and ipads you deserve to get ripped off, greedy idiots !!!"

Needless to say, they are both 100% pieces of junk and their technical support wants me to keep reinstalling the operating system. When is enough, enough? "I have bought alot of items from Ankaka over the past 18 months or so. I've rarely had any issues with any products bought from them.
Items are shipped fast and well packaged.
On the one occasion I did recently have a problem (a McLovin Phone I bought) Ankaka responded to my email within 24 hours and were very polite and courtious and helpful. They provided me with clear instructions on where to return the phone to and when to expect it to be returned. Last week I received the phone back and it's working perfectly.
I always have found Ankaka prices very competitive and the level of customer service excellent compared to some of their other Chinese competitors. The Ladies in Customer Care are a very nice to deal with. I would genuinely recommend these guys to anyone. Brian"

"I bought what was supposed to be an Android smartphone. The phone was supposed to have GPS and other functioned. To make a long story short. I asked for a refund and it took over 4 months to get it.

"You don't want to order from these people! I bought the Android Eclipse Duel sim phone. Everything seems fine until you have a problem. My phone died after 5 weeks. They had me take it to a cell phone repair place, who could not work on it because none of the parts are available here in the US. The phone is a knock off of a Samsung phone, (think about how the Chinese copy music). The next option is to ship it back to China. When I bought the phone I paid $18 for express shipping and it came DHL, To ship it back I went to Fed Express and they wanted $105, DHL wanted $95, the US Post Office priority mail was $32 which is how I shipped it. It took three tries for the Chinese Post Office to find anyone there, I believe it is only a closet they use to get mail. Six weeks later they have mailed the phone back and did not reimburse my shipping. I am now $172 into a very marginal phone that has a useless warranty. UPDATE June 28th Still struggling with the phone, when back from repair it was dead out of the box, they will not pay for shipping back for re-repair. Took it back to local repair shop, can't be repaired here. Ankaka will not pay for it to go back re-repair, made me buy a $12 flashing cable and sent a flashing program for Windows XP, still does not work. It's all about stall and postpone until the worthless warranty has expired. UPDATE July 5th, Ankaka offers to pay $10 of the $32 shipping to send it back to them again. UPDATE August 8th, mailed it back via US Air Mail, The phone has been stuck in US Customs in Chicago for thirty days--on the way to China. Still waiting for some form of satisfaction on my purchase."

Contacted Ankaka via e-mail, said they would ship the items, nothing has arrived. tracking info they provided does not work, probably bogus, they no longer responding to my inquiries. "I ordered a watch mp3 player and waterproof mp3 player.When I got my order in I was so exited but when I opened the first box there was nothing in it and the same with the second it was just the product boxes and user manuel.I contacted them and told them and they had me send pics and then that was it never had any other reply.I feel totally giped and will never order from them again. :(
