"I placed an order with Ankaka on 6/28 for some computer goods. Before placing this order I was looking for an online merchant that could offer good prices with fast and efficient shipping. I was referred to the Ankaka website by a friend that works in IT so I figured that the store must have some pretty good deals.
Upon reaching the website, I was good to see that everything offered is separated into simple categories which made it easy to find the items that I was looking for. I was initially looking for a new SD card for my camera, but I was somewhat worried about how much I would have to pay. I was very content to find that Ankaka offered several SD cards from 2GB t0 32GB starting at $4.50! Definitely a good deal. I also purchased some flash drive pens for the office. These flash drives look like and operate like pens, but they also function as a drive!
Because of the affordable wholesale prices at Ankaka, I was able to really stretch my money and get the supplies for my office and stock up on some SD cards for my camera.
I noticed that the company ships from Hong Kong. At first I was a little bit wary being that I am in the U.S., but when I was checking out the system choose the best shipping method for me based on price and speed (FEdEX). I received my flash drives and SD cards in little under a week all the way from Hong Kong.

"I placed an order at the beginning of June for a solar battery charger. My order shipped in a reasonable amount of time and was in great working order upon its arrival. "I have purchased an alarm clock at Ankaka.com (value approx GBP50). The item arrived after few weeks, but it was faulty (I could not switch it on) with many marks and scratches. Ankaka.com advertised it as new.
I have since returned the item to Ankaka and had to pay myself for the postage back. I am trying to get my money back, but Ankaka refuses to provide a refund coming up with some silly excuses each time. I am contacting them on a daily basis for the last 3-4 weeks without any progress whatsoever. Money wasted. This company is a SCAM. Do not buy from them.

ordered a portable dvd player with express shipping, received more than expected as got A DHL bill for £16 in addition to £18 paid to Ankaka and less than expected as player was defective.
Ankaka claimed faulty chip as porbably damaged in transit and offered $5 refund!
increased to $20 eventually and sent a replacement laser (not chip) for me to have installed at own cost and agreed opening unit would not affect warranty also if still faulty could return and pass on cost of posting back to China.
screw was sheared as substandard meaning unit could not be opened and 15 e-mails later they refer me to a clause stating I must ship at own expense and they may charge 10% restocking fee - not prevalant on the website amazingly.
