The manufacturer was very prompt in sending out the missing pieces and the owner’s manual. I was pleasantly surprised to find they had all of the components in stock AND they would send them out that same day for next-day delivery. The cost of delivery (overnight, across country) was only $29 for five items (one shipping box) that weighed a total of 17 lbs. Not only are their prices the best I could find on the internet they clearly do not try to make it up in shipping and handling -- something I experienced elsewhere. With pricing and service like this I rate Anchor Express as one of the best suppliers out there. I highly recommend them. "
