"Good afternoon! I wanted to write you a quick note to tell you how much I appreciate the helpfulness and great attitude of one of your customer service representatives. Last fall, I had a problem with my pool cover, and spoke with Jennifer Borklund, both on the phone, and via email. She was very efficient, very knowledgeable, and very friendly! We had a replacement within a week after I submitted photos. So, it was only natural that I ask for her when I had another problem this summer. Once again, she was very efficient, very fast, very apologetic (even though it was something that was beyond her control), and very friendly. I work for a large organization, and I realize how important customer service is, and how rare it is to find a company and people who still believe in "customer service". I just wanted to let you know what a great job she is doing, and to tell you that I am a very satisfied customer! Thank you, and have a great day!"

"Not only did I receive and "open box" item, you could see that they tried to repair it because the screws were put back in the wrong places. I find this to be very unethical and will be contacting my credit card company. BUYER BEWARE, LOW PRICE FOR A REASON!!!"

No communication reporting delays: no email, no phone call. Now I have been waiting for a hot tub waterpump for 5 days and the order hasn't shipped yet... customer support respond only during office hours... Definetly a store below par... stay clear.

"I ordered 4 pool filters on Sunday, order didn't ship until Friday. Company emailed initial order confirmation but no shipping info. Had to call to find out what happened to my order. Online order status only shows past orders nothing current. Amerimerc is honest and reputable but has a highly inefficient web ordering system. "

"I ordered a Nature2 cartridge for my pool on 04/29 as AmeriMerc had the lowest price with a reputable rating. Although shipping is free, you still pay a handling charge of about $8. Even so, the total price was still the lowest I found.

When I went on-line the next day to track my order, I ran into a little SNAFU. The site wanted me to enter my logon and password, yet I hadn't created an account. It did say the logon was my e-mail address, but I still didn't have a password. When I used the Forgot Password option, it asked for my e-mail address, but when I entered it in I was told no account was found.

I had to e-mail customer service and they e-mailed me my tracking information. It took a second e-mail to get my account created so I could check the status on-line.

The order did ship on 04/30 and was delivered by FedEx on 05/03, which was a Saturday. The item was correct and packaged well.

"I purchased two pair of mud flaps for my Trailblazer. Ordering was easy enough. I immediately received an email confirmation of my order. The product arrived 7 days later and was exactly what I ordered. I would order from them again.

What I disliked was the inability to access, track my order from their website. I never received a notification that they shipped the product.

I received the product on the 24th and my credit card has yet to be charged for the purchase amount. (you can draw your own conclusion here)
