"Don't believe or trust in the warranty policies. They do not honor them. I actually kept the warranty receipts and documents and contacted Amerimerc to warrant the pool cover I purchased which carried a 10 year warranty. Customer Service requested pictures which I did send with the receipt and supporting documents. I never heard back and I kept following up only to be shunned and not get a return call. If you buy from this company just throw out the warranty and don't waste your time with it. As for me I don't care to do business with companies that don't keep promises or honor them. I wish they would change their name so as not to blemish this country. Buying American is what we should do its just sad that when you do you get scammed and ripped off. Its very sad."

"The initial response was very good with notice of UPS shipment. I later got a call from a trucking company on my SPA heater. This was confusing since I had tracking numbers for the UPS (solar panels) but not the SPA heater.
I'm still waiting on couplers for two add-on kits. I was shorted by six couplers and had to buy Radiator hose and clamps and cut the pieces needed. I made a claim a few days after I received the shipment, the supplier called and stated that I should have ordered the couplers separately. How would I know since I asked on my order if I needed any other items. I didn't receive any suggestions with the order for more parts. The add-on kits should come fully stocked with all parts to "add-on" to the main system kit. Right??

Here it is June 13th and I'm still waiting for the couplers. I hope that the hoses that I purchased from Advanced Auto don't rupture and empty my pool out onto the roof.

"NOT a good company....I bought a ConferPlastics pool ladder that DID NOT come with all the parts in the box and, per the instructions that came with the ladder, I contacted ConferPlastics and they said they would send one out..They sent it to my parents house 2 counties away and Amerimerc was fine with that..My folks spend alot out time out of town and we have not been able to get the part from them yet....I bought this ladder over a month ago abnd it still sits on my back patio NOT in use....Thanks for NOTHING...I guess it was too much to ask that the people that actually SOLD me this TWO HUNDRED DOLLAR ladder send me a RIGHT BRIDGE SUPPORT that probably costs a dollar...Amerimerc would much rather get the BAD PUBLICITY that I am now posting on my Facebook......."
