"Admittedly I was a novice at picking and installing a lock set of this type. However I was able to figure it out and all things considered the installation looks good. Had to cut the door edge (aluminum) with crude tools but managed to still keep fairly close tolerances. American lockset communicated fairly well during selection of the set but never returned emails after the sale. Communication really pulled my score for them down. Yes, I would buy from them again. "
