Thank you for the response, however I contacted your customer service immediately upon receiving the damaged flag. It was exceedingly difficult to get in touch with anyone as the phone most often went to voicemail during regular working hours (according to the outgoing message). Beyond that the reps that I talked to were not easy to work with. I wanted to cancel my order as I had found a decent, undamaged, flag in the meantime, hence requesting they not send a replacement. They informed me that they had already sent the replacement (well over a week ago), however, I have not received it yet.

I would caution prospective buyers. Perhaps your merchandise will arrive in tact; however, if it does not, you are on your own. This is a very difficult company to work with."
