"I would not recommend this company at all. When I ordered my flag there was a message "Please be advised that due to unprecedented demand for our confederate flags, shipping may take several weeks. We do, however, have them in stock and orders will be shipped in the order they are received." The website allowed me to order it. I gave them 2 weeks and no status had changed on my order. I called and left a message another week goes by try calling again left message. I tried again and got through. The lady told me they were oversold on the flag I ordered and offered a downgrade or upgrade for an additional fee. I said but when I ordered it showed in stock. I said get me the upgrade but I shouldn't have to pay a dime for their error. She refused. I then canceled my order. I later called and questioned the statement about it was in stock. She said we had too many orders I said well then your website should have stopped taking orders if qtys ran out. That is a website issue and a company issue not consumer issue. I try discussing this with her and she hangs up. Now they wont take my calls. VERY POOR company to work with. I would recommend staying away!!!! I tried to also tell them that their parent company precision marketing website had incorrect info but she had already hung up on me I didn't get a chance. Not very friendly at all. No customer service. "
"Let the buyer beware of this place.. I didn't get a flag but I did get an overpriced rag! It wasn't in any kind of packaging. It was wadded up and carelessly stuffed in an 8x11envelope. It does not meet the specified dimensions of 3x5 Rather than a rectangle it is a parallelogram. I gave them a poor rating and received a request for pictures. I was just going to drop the issue as it isn't worth the waste of time but I sent them a picture.. The response I received was, "I hope you get some professional help." Steer clear of this scam and find another dealer to get a flag from... You have been warned! PS Apparently I had to give it 1 star for this rating. Fact is, it deserves none!

"With the media hype about how the US Rebel/Confederate flag should be banned, I wanted to get one to make a personal statement.
I ordered from AmericanFlags.com specifically because the site boasts that ALL US flags are made IN THE US.
When I ordered the US Rebel Flag and received it, the tag said "Made in China". Last time I checked, China was not in the US.
I tried contacting the business to request a refund for their falsely advertised flag. However, almost a week has gone by and I have received no response.
This place is shady and refuses, apparently, to refund orders even when they mess up the order or flat out lie about it. I would NEVER shop here again."
