"Order a set of brakes and rotors (not online but by calling a sales rep) my truck needed a new set, being a volunteer firefighter needed them soon and at a good price. Got all my invoices American Trucks took their money but I recieved no product. Did the online chat, oops we found a issue with your order, call a representative, which I did, after 20-30min on phone ya we screwed up it will now cost another $150+ to reorder right part. I call bull**it! The product they said now cost more is the exact same description as the part that was ordered. Need the parts so canceled the order here and bought the parts from Summit Racing where shipping was garenteed in 1 to 2 days. To add insult to injury American Truck billed my credit card immediately but it will be 7 to 10 days to refund my money! If I would not have inquired about the parts I would have never had any contact from American Truck. I never post negative reviews but this whole situation got me a little hot under the collar. Can't believe this company has such poor customer service for people who spend their hard earned money on parts then try the old bait you in with a good price then change it to make more money than a competitor because people don't want the hassle of going somewhere else to get the product. "Your Mishimoto catch can was not an exact fit like you claimed. I had to cut about 8" off one hose and reroute the other one. The battery tray hardware that you provided for my '23 F150 was not compatible. the threaded insert did not fit an I couldn't even attach a nut to the bolts. You need to update your videos! Cancelled order bc you were on backorder, but Amazon had plenty..."

"I ordered a “set” of shocks. The first issue was I received only 1 shock. Then received the second on a different day. When the second shock arrived it did not have a parts package. After calling they assured me that they would send another shock. That 3rd shock arrived at the local FedEx damaged. I was never told this, but rather seen it on the shipping info from FedEx. I called yet again and asked that the forth one be expedited. I was assured it would be. Well I’m still waiting!!!! Again I am beyond mad and disappointed. "
"I installed the lights and unfortunately broke a few of the small retention clips on the OEM housing. This hasn't proven to be a problem, though. Hopefully I don't have any issues with the lights themselves. If I do, I'll edit this review to describe the warranty process. LIGHTS LOOK OUSTANDING!!"

"Installed my truck roof spoiler for my 2016 F150 lariat 5.0. This spoiler looks awesome. It really gives my truck a more sporty or look. Insulation was a breeze. All I had to do was clean the surface and peel off the double sided 3M tape and stick it on evenly. This thing is awesome. Definitely will be ordering more products from American trucks.
