"Great product choices, outstanding customer service!
We scoured the web looking for a nice wood crate for our adopted dog. "PetFrenzy.com," part of "America's Pet Store," offered a number of selections. We found exactly what we were looking for in a high-quality wood crate and ordered.
The crate arrived in great condition and looked terrific. Unfortunately, we did a bad job of estimating our needs and ordered a crate too large for our dog and, for that matter, our house. I worked with PetFrenzy's service team and was quickly able to return the crate for a smaller size. Responses from their customer service team were prompt and very helpful. PetFrenzy treated us very fairly, especially considering the inconvenience of our return.
I'm very glad we found these guys. They have very nice products and a much better selection than the "big box" pet stores or anybody we were able to find on-line."

"In the last few months, I have ordered a pet door, and 2 sets of pet steps from America's Pet Store. All 3 items arrived well packed and quality made. For one of the items, I paid extra for faster shipping. Due to an unavoidable delay from the factory, the shipping was delayed as well. "I recently purchased a Power Pet Automated Pet Door from America's Pet Store. In shipment, Federal Express practically destroyed the shipping container. It wasn't that it was poorly packaged - it looks like they dropped it from considerable height then ran over it with a forklift or something. Needless to say, I received damaged goods.
I contacted America's Pet Store and they immediately shipped me replacements for the damaged items - no questions asked.
The Power Pet door is exceptional - all it was advertised to be - and America's Pet Store is an exceptional company to do business with. I will purchase all my pet supply needs from them in the future. They have earned a loyal customer."
"We have an 11 year old dog who has been having a lot of trouble with stairs and slipping, etc. We needed the ramp in a hurry because he's big and it's hard to help him up and down. I emailed and asked if the item could be shipped same day and if I could get it the next day. It was NO problem for them and I placed the order and received the product in PLENTY of time for our trip today! I would definitely rate America's Pet Store as an excellent retailer who keeps promises!
As far as the product goes - it is sturdy and as it appears online (petstep). With the helpful hints that customer service supplied I am sure we will have no problem getting him to use the ramp!

"I've just received our dog door and was delighted to see the quality with which it was made. This door was an "exchange" for yet another door that I had ordered and was too big (my mistake). The personnel involved in this exchange (Stan) with America's Pet Stores, and (Derek) with Ideal Pet Products were highly professional, curtious, knowledgeable and made the exchange effectively and efficiently. I was impressed with their service "after the sale", how well they worked with my mistake to ensure I received no less than what I needed in a dog door and how they assisted me with the shipping & handling costs incurred. "A week ago, we received our Patio Pacific Thermo Panel IIIe X-Large pet door and I want to say, this is a wonderful product. This product is very sturdy and well built. It only took 10 minutes to install. The magnetic strip around the flexible pet door flap works better then I would have imagined. The door flap closes, centering itself to the door frame every time. It took our Alaskan Malamute less then 15 minutes to learn how to go in and out; he now uses it freely."
