Frustrating, Lying, Cheating, Csnnot Find Any Information

"Difficult to find information about your own account - do I have any credit? How much? Prices are going up just in front of your eyes (actually on a next day). Cheating with promotion - they just don't want you to use it. Spending so much time with them and zero satisfaction - time suckers. I would give zero stars if I can!"

Prices can change on you at a moments notice

"Tried to purchase an item for a black Friday, it was in my cart, and I was seconds away from paying for it. After taxes and shipping and everything else, the grand total was $257, a pretty decent deal. I go to pay and the page suddenly disappears... I check the original listing page again to see what happened, and the BASE advertised price is now $399.91! I contacted Amazon to ask what's going on and how to complete my order, and they told me prices just change on you sometimes, and that I should get f***ed. Bought somewhere else instead."

We are sorry!

"Here is what is going to happen. You won't get your item in time or it will get lost, then they will tell you "it is an exceptional situation and that they are sorry, they are going to put a note in your file to make sure it doesn't happen again". Then 2 week later, it happens again. They will tell you "it is an exceptional situation and that they are sorry, they are going to put a note in your file to make sure it doesn't happen again". Amazon.ca prime - soon to be ex-member

"Amazon prime is the worst delivery service I have experienced. I live in an apartment building and the delivery drivers are always to lazy to bring the package up. They mark the delivery as being unable to "gain access to front door" implying I have to provide more information. Buzzer information is included as part of the mailing address. When I question what information is required, they offer to redeliver since they know there is no missing information. After repeated issues with delivery, I called customer service to rectify the issue. I was offered a credit. The credit was not received nor was the email confirmation of the pending credit. I called customer service back and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I escalated to a supervisor who also was able to do nothing. They claim they don't record their calls so they can't verify that I was offered the credit. I will be canceling my prime account. Not worth the headache. My business will be appreciated elsewhere."

Amazon.ca is horrible

"Amazon. ca is total crap, this is due to post-Canada and amazon themself. I have ordered à 1000$ Graphic Card and It never shows up at my work, they said that they have to do an investigation to find where is my paquage but they haven't found anything 2 weeks after. I am still waiting for my delivery and I'm about to go back to France soon and I will probably have to change my delivery address because I won't be in Canada anymore.
I have lost 2 weeks right now and post Canada has lost my 1000$. And I already know that it's going to be horrible to get it back.

NEVER TRUST AMAZON FOR MORE THAN 100$, for any big article you should better go to a shop, Amazon is not even cheaper...

I will remove this review once my problem will be solved.

Amazon.ca /3rd party seller Names “Super Origional” - ITS A SCAM !!!

"If you purchased anything from Amazon.ca from a 3rd party seller named “Super Origional” you may get scammed. This company is from China and Amazon has only now made their account inactive. This company instructs their customers to ship back defective products, pay for postage, and when they receive it they will reimburse both. Except they tell customers to ship to a home address which has nothing to do with them or Amazon, its a scam. They never receive the return product and they keep your money, and you are also out the return shipping costs. I’m the buyer, and I have spoke directly with the poor family in Scarborough ON recieving all these return packages, they have called amazon who didn;t seem to care much. I have called amazon who didn;t see to care much. Beware of 3rd party sellers, apparently Amazon doesn;t screen them at all and allows them to engage in fraudulent activity on their web site, without any concern for the customers."

"I purchased the Dovewill Bohemian Floral Crown Flower Headband Hair Garland for Girls Women
by Dovewill . Sold by MEILI ECOMMERCE . I had to wait 30 days to receive it which I was aware of. When I did get it was the wrong one and wrong color and crushed/flattened. Now I understand that things can get screwed up. However, when they are sending it from Hong Kong in a plastic bag and not in a box where it might have been protected some that's different. When I let MEILI ECOMMERCE know they were good about it, apologized and promptly returned my money. They offered to send me another one however I'd have to wait another 30 days when I would no longer have any use for it. I told them that there would be the point because it's going to sent in a plastic bag again so the same thing will happen. When I went to write my review I posted that it did come damaged but MEILI ECOMMERCE had good customer service and returned my funds. I was told my review did not meet the criteria and wouldn't be posted. Now it posts that product stating, " Be the first to review". I tried to post my review again but never seen my post not even saying I don't meet the requirements. So I guess they only want positive reviews and for no one to know what will happen should they buy.

Amazon has become a dissapointment!

"Been ordering from amazon for years.
Used to be amazing, then the started slowing the slipping down for non-prime, so we got prime.
And over the length of time again, it's gotten bad.
Originally amazon was amazing, then same thing, the longer they are in business the worse they seem to get.
Normally stuff being late isn't a big deal, but when it's signature required, and waste my entire day waiting.
I'm **** off, entire family did nothing.

Shipping Estimates are a Joke!

"When I first got Prime, I was delighted to get items shipped for free and in a timely manner. Fast forward to the last few months.......... it's brutal. Items no longer arrive when they're supposed to. On top of that, Amazon can't keep track of their orders. I have items I received a week ago and their system keeps telling me, "It's on the way." The last five items I ordered now have the "We're sorry, there's been a delay.............." I'm pretty sure it's Canada Post not being able to keep up. Amazon has to do something. On-line shopping has saved Canada Post. Maybe Canada Post should get their act together and keep up with demand. Perhaps Amazon should stop using Canada Post and find other solutions. "

horrible customer service

"Called today about a return that had past the 30 days. The fellow on the phone was, useless, didn't bother to even look at my account to see my history. I told him i would like to return something past the 30 days, and was told no right off the hop.
The product in question was sold and fullfilled by Amazon, so it should not have been an issue.
I will order from Costco from now on, never an issue with returns.

Worse service ever

"I was involved with Amazon as Prime member for 89.18 Canadian dollars without knowing, because I made many orders I was charged anyway. Some orders came on time some order came in time but one came too late. Another huge problem they have a horrible website which leads to big mistakes always against clients. Also I found many products way cheaper other sources and other websites. Amazon quality **** as well. Be careful with Amazon.ca (very evil company). When I spoke with the customer service lady she just hung up the phone at me because I told her that I will tell to people about the horrible service I was through according to her I was treatening her saying that. Amazon rather than assume their mistakes and try to correct them, they punish clients for their horrible customer service support that ****"

LIes lies and false advertising !

"I ordered diabetic supplies I needed in a hurry ( emergency) and paid one day ship so I could get them today. They promised by 8 pm today ( Thursday Aug 9 2018). No delivery and its midnight. They tell me to wait until tomorrow ( my dog could die by then) . The again I get an email saying wait until Saturday !! Seriously ! I ordered because and only because it stated on amazon one day ship by 8 pm today. My dog is now in danger because of their false advertising ! I could have used my money to go elsewhere but because of their LIES and false advertising my dog is in trouble ! I needed that parcel urgently ! I am disgusted !"

"Delivery service still bad if your order from Amazon.ca
It seems Amazon does not care if you receive your package late despite their promise of specific date. You could be waiting in your house for the deliver guy to come. He won't. You might as well walk to the warehouse and get it yourself. Amazon delivery people are not as enthusiastic. They buzz the door bell say hello and won't wait till you answer and will leave your building door. This is how bad delivery via Amazon is. And these people get paid and they get paid on time but you won'r ever get your package on time.

Amazon is committing FRAUD!!

"
DO NOT purchase from JP Deals - he will rip you off and A-to-z Guarantee will let him!

This product was sent to me defective. The product was a rug doctor. As per the advertised product, I paid extra to have expedited delivery of this purchase to me between April 17-20, 2018, however it did not arrive. On April 20, 2018 I asked where my product was and received a bogus reply that he had contacted me already which he hadn't. He then advised that my purchase would be late and arrive within a few days (3) and that he would issue me a partial shipping refund. I told him that was not okay that I paid extra to get my order during a specific time and he would refund the entire expedited delivery cost. He did finally agree. Then I did not receive my purchase in a few days as he said I would. Instead my purchase arrived at the end of April 30/May 1 and he shipped it COD and UPS wanted me to pay them $143.09 upon receiving my purchase. I then had to contact the seller again in which he said that he thought it would be billed to his account but we all know when you send something COD, that's exactly what it is and you know what you are doing when you mail it! Again I made him take care of this cost. Finally I received the product. We first go to use it in July and it doesn't work. I contact the seller and he gives me instructions to follow to troubleshoot that doesn't even pertain to the product I purchased. Finally enough is enough, on July 18, 2018 I contacted A-to-z Guarantee and they advised that their team was investigating my claim. Later on July 18, 2018, they advised that the seller has agreed to reimburse me upon return of the item to his address via USPS. Problem is the address is in Canada and we don't have USPS so I shipped it UPS (the same way he originally shipped it to me) and incurred another $155.84 charge to send it back. I sent this information and the tracking information as required by A-to-z Guarantee within the 3 calendar days they requested. A-to-z Guarantee responded to me to say that if I am not reimbursed within 3 calendar days after receipt of the return is confirmed, please reply to this message and they will be happy to take further action on my behalf. July 29, 2018 would have been 3 days as the seller received the returned item on July 27, 2018. Instead I received a denied claim from A-to-z Guarantee because I did not contact the seller to report the issue within 30 days of receipt or return the item within 45 days of receipt. But A-to-z Guarantee had already directed me to return the item to the seller after they said they investigated this claim. So today I have no product, and no one will return my money for the cost of the product and I'm out the shipping cost for a total of $863.70 and I did everything that A-to-z Guarantee directed me to. This is FRAUD! How can they not understand that I am owed my money. They have cut off communication to me and won’t respond to my messages and amazon says they can’t do anything to help me. This is not okay. Amazon has lost my business and I will br commencing legal action to get my money back, they not heard the last of me!
