"I ordered a memory module for a Compaq notebook but a few minutes after ordering I realized that I had ordered the wrong one and sent an e/mail to cancel the order so I could reorder.
I never got a response to this e/mail but as I was not able to track it with the tracking # they gave I figured they got the message and didn't ship-wrong- so after calling and leaving e/mail messages for them to verify they canceled this order I put an order in for the correct part.
I ended up getting a confirmation e/mail for both parts and billed even though I did everything I could to stop the first order. In my opinion their customer service is nonexistent and dont bother to call as they (answering machine) tell you to leave a message or send an e/mail that will not be answwed.
I have yet to recieve the correct part or have anyone contact me from the company although I have used every e/amil address they list and phone#s to get a response. My opinion your just asking for trouble with this company and price isn't everything but good customer service is especially on the net.
