"I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND I WOULD NOT REQUEMEND ANYONE DOES THEIR SITE SAYS THEY WILL BE BACK TO YOU AFTER YOU SEND THEM AN EMAIL [AS THERE IS NO PHONE CONTACT] IN 24 HOURS I AM GOING ON 6 DAYS AND HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THEM I RETURNED AN ITEM SENT IT WITH DELIVERY NOTIFICATION SO I WOULD KNOW EXACTLY WHEN IT WAS RECIEVED WAS TO GET MY REFUND IN 5 DAYS AS THE SITE STATED I AM GOING ON 13 DAYS NOT ONLY HAVENT THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY THEY HAVENT RETURNED MY EMAILS AM WAITING 2 MORE DAYS THEN WILL CONTACT THE BBB TO SEE IF THEY CAN GET SOME RESULTS I WISHED I NEVER HEARD OF THEM GRRRRRRRRRRRRR"

"I could not be more pleased with the products and the service of ALWAYS BILLIANT. They communicated immediately with my order; updated when they were out; sent a partial shipment (no charge for shipping) and then when the rest of my order was ready--a $6.99 product--they notified me and shipped it UPS. I feel sure it cost them more to ship it (free again) than the product cost me. I WILL DEFINITELY order from them again. Also, the products I ordered from them were much cheaper than I found elsewhere on the net, including from the manufacturer (these were MAAS products)."

"The product I ordered was great. The price was about average. The biggest problem I had was shipping. The order was placed on 8/14/2008 and shipped on 8/15/2008. I got the order on 8/26/2008. They have no expidited shipping (i would have payed for it). They ship through UPS into the USPS. This is the slowest method of delivery possible. Going directly to the USPS and shipping bulk would have saved a week in delivery time. Just having UPS deliver would have been faster. The package according to the tracking was not picked up by UPS util 18th. It got to my area on the 20th and supposible went to the USPS that day. If that happened it would have been delivered the next day. I contacted the company and they did say if it did not show up in a few days they would refund the cost."

"I never received what I ordered, so I emailed the company three times and they never replied, even though I supplied both my phone and email address and requested they contact me both ways. They did, however, conveniently charge my credit card. I am going to contact the Bureau of Consumer Protection and Better Business Bureau, and would discourage anyone from using them!!! "

"I am SOOOO glad that I did not read these reviews before I ordered from ASB. I ordered soup spoons and had them delivered to my brother. They arrived in a timely manner and he is thrilled with them. I will do business with this company again. It's just too bad that the satisified customers don't write more reviews."

"Communication is horrible! Actually I guess it makes more sense to say NON EXISTENT. I order a item based upon the picture and rough description. What I recieved in the mail was something totally different. There is absolutely no phone number for them at all. only their online message system. Says we will get back to you within 1 day. I sent a message on 7/15/08 at 5pm the day I got it. Its 7/17/08 at 12am and still have heard nothing. All i want is either a refund or the correct item. But I am afraid to take the chance again since I have no way to contact them so I think is better to get my money back. I have documented all emails, pictures of the webiste etc to give to the credit card company to do a charge back if i dont hear something back from them by noon tomorrow. This is rediculous. You wait a week for a item, its wrong, and you have no way to just take care of it. You have to send an email and wait. I should have known this website retailler looked shady when I ordered. From running an online company myself, no contact phone number is a major red flag to anyone, let alone their lack of a secure website for ordering."

"Terrible customer service. I placed my order on June 28, and both items were in-stock. After close to two weeks, the items had not shipped. The website says that they ship the next business day after the order. I emailed the company through the website (they have NO contact phone number) twice to ask why my order hadn't shipped. No response after a few days. I send a third email through Google Checkout and again had no response. I contacted Google Checkout for mediation and a few days later I get an email saying that the order will be shipping on Monday. It's been close to two and a half weeks now. I get the shipping confirmation and it says that only one of the two items is shipping. Great. Don't bother with this company."

"I've had a terrible experience with this place and will NEVER order from them again. Let me start by saying there is ZERO customer service. Sure, go ahead and submit an email to them with your question/problem -- they'll be sure to get back to you, oh, how about NEVER? That's what happened to me anyway after not one, but three emails to them... no answer. My sincere thanks to the reviewer who posted the company's "secret" phone number and CEO's email address in one of their posts. (Here it is again for those of you pulling out your hair trying to figure out how to find these people: 1-***-***-****; gary.urdang.gl2.com) I called the company, GL2, I believe it is, and got an answering machine. After leaving a message with threats about going to the BBB with my problem (a back-ordered package never arrived and I was being charged for it), someone finally emailed me back. The problem still has not been resolved, but they say they are looking into it. In all honesty, it appears the package may have been delievered to my apartment complex, but then lost or stolen... BUT Always Brilliant has been so unhelpful that it's infuriating. There is no 1-800 number for their site or their company! How is that even possible?! Can a company this day and age (or even 50 years ago!) expect to operate and meet customers needs without the benefit of the ol' telephone? The answer is no, and they obviously don't care. Fewer complaints can get to them this way, so why change things up and add customer service into the mix? Also, everything I ordered from them must have traveled to the moon and back before being sent to me. It took sooo long. The back-ordered package was supposedly delivered more than 3 months after I ordered it, and everything else took about 2 weeks or longer, not the standard 7-10 days you might expect at the most. Also, when trying to track a package online, you are sent to a DHL web page where your tracking number they provide is wrong, and you get zero infomation about where your package is. Turns out my stuff was actually shipped from them via UPS, and that tracking number they give is a UPS tracking number. So, WHY the heck are they sending everyone to DHL??! Because they are obviously a shoddy, shifty company that will likely end up going out of business. My advice, save your sanity and go somewhere trustworthy, with actual customer service support for your bargain shopping. This place is SO not worth the trouble!!!!"

"Order was shipped promptly and free. Communication was almost overwhelming, with five (5) e-mails, the fourth with a UPS tracking number, and the last prompting me to leave feedback at ResellerRatings.com, which I would have done anyway. This is no doubt to improve their dismal rating, which I decided to take a chance on since they have shown improvement. Glad I did, the order process and shipping went well, and all items were received five days after order was placed. The jury is still out on whether the product I bought (apple maggot traps) is any good. If it captures beneficial creatures instead of apple maggots, I'll do an update. So far, very satisfied. One slightly annoying thing was their continued reference to Google checkout, which I did not use and did not want to use."

"I was pleased to receive my order in just a few days, just in time for the dinner party the following weekend. The spoons I ordered were exactly what I was looking for. The only complaint I have is that I was charged a higher price for my second item than what was advertised as the "sale" price. It was a difference of a little over $3, but still an error. Because I really needed the first item - I just let it slide and went ahead and placed the order."
