"Ordering was fast and easy and my packages arrived promptly. However, I ordered two items and they accidentally sent me two of the same items as well as the other I ordered for a total of three. I will now have to contact the company and find out if I was charged for all three and return one of them.
Overall, a good opinion of the company but did not appreciate the mistake. "

"I would never deal with this company again! I ordered a Roll Up Travel Table for $61.99 and was told it would ship within 10-14 days. I receive no status e-mails though I have sent several inquiring as to the status of my e-mail. I have not heard one word from their "customer service." It's a very poorly run system. Their descriptions are very deceiving. I ordered a 16 oz bottle of MoldZyme and received a 4 oz bottle. I have sent 4 inquires and to date and they have not responded. I expected at least the courtesy of a response. I have been buying on line for several years and this is my worst experience. Please shop elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation."

"Would not order from them...EVER AGAIN!!!!!! Because of google checkout, they sent it to my former address although I requested it to be shipped to my billing address. I found this out when tracking my shipment. They will not respond to my several emails and any attempt to internet search for a phone number is useless. The killer is that I was in the Denver a few days after I placed this order. Had I known, I wou emailld have shown up in person! What a poor way to do business...promote email responses within a day, then make you check your spam box (their suggestion) and find email subjects about your order only to find it is a scam for a "free" blackberry. What a joke of a company!

"I placed an order for 3 items in May. They told me that they were backordered and I agreed to wait. I received one of the items in early August. The other 2 items were still listed as backordered on the packing list. By early Sept, I still hadn't heard anything about the remaining 2 items. I inquired and learned that they had been cancelled. Customer service was very responsive to resolve the issue. I received the other 2 items in a few weeks without additional shipping charges. However, I also received one of the original backordered items which I no longer needed and there were shipping charges added to that order. Very confusing, but customer service attempted to help.

"I would never order from them again nor receommend them. As I received my items, wasn't what I was looking for. I returned them on 7-08-08 for a refund. It is now 9-26-08 and still have not received a refund. I have emailed them on 9-12, 9-19 & 9-26 with no response back as they state they will respond within i day. I can not find a phone # for them. What is up with this company. Needs to be reported to BBB. "
