"I ordered a ring on December 1st that was supposed to ship on the 10th. Well, it never did. Every time I called the office I was guaranteed it would ship on a different date. In total, I was promised it would ship on 4 different dates spanning across 2 weeks. Additionally, each representative promised me if have it by Christmas. Well, needless to say it's actually Christmas Eve right now and my item still hasn't shipped... I will never do business with this company again and if suggest you don't either."
"They demand payment up front, advertise a shipping date and I’m still waiting. You will get several excuses from a call center or more than likely someone at home with kids crying in the background. No management will call back. I was only given a name of Miss Kim as a manager ,which is never available or might not even exist. Besides what professional place refers to the management as miss Kim. If you have any expectation of your jewelry being delivered on time for a special event go anywhere else. At this point I’ve ask for a refund and been denied. As far as quality I would have no idea. Still haven’t seen it, afraid I never will and will be out $4,311. "
