"Surprisingly great customer service. We ordered an expensive home air filter through Allegro Shops based entirely on price - they were quite a bit cheaper than the other options. When it arrived damaged in shipping my heart sank - I figured that I was about to have to fight to get an exchange with a cut price retailer with nonexistent customer service. Instead, they responded immediately to my email, were polite, and we got the whole thing sorted out quickly with a cross ship with return shipping paid.

A+ service.

"I do not recommend this seller because of its poor customer service. When something happens, online shopping is tricky to solve an issue. This company was definitely the most annoying one to deal with. I ordered 2 Sleepy Pod (airline-approved pet carriers.) After placing an order and getting my credit card charged (even got an email saying "it will be sent by the end of today"),10 days later, they still had not sent it. I emailed them to see what is going on. They replied "we will send it today/tomorrow." I went back and checked status, not sent yet. 2 days went by, and I emailed again, and they replied "we will send it by today/tomorrow". At this point, it has been 2 weeks since I ordered. So I called them. But, there is no customer service over the phone. There is a number you can call, but it just goes straight to voice message and tells you to leave a message. I called them at least 15 times over the time and even left a message to see what would happen. Nobody called me back. Emailing is the only way to communicate with them. I emailed them again to cancel the order and they replied "we will check if that is possible or not." And finally, they approved for cancellation and refund. 5 days after canceling, I got my refund on my bank account. The whole thing was very shady and unclear. Not great customer service. They never told me why they did not send the products. And I do not understand why they kept saying they will send today/tomorrow... "

"Oh my goodness, customer service at this company saved the day for me. There was a product that I NEEDED for a new clients that I was starting. First of all, this company had the BEST price - I shopped it. When I saw it wasn't going to come in until well after my start date, I contacted customer service to see if I could pay extra and have it expedited. Not only did they jump through tremendous hoops to move that product from the manufacturer to my front door, they kept close tab with me daily to alert me to the progress. I was hoping the expediting would bring the product to me closer to my start date but I actually received the product a couple days before my start date. I am a business owner so I know what good customer service looks like and this company has excellent customer service - they have personalized customer service. I myself will use this company for my supplies again and again. I just feel like it needs to be said and that is why I am saying this. If I could give them more than the 5 stars below, I would. They literally saved the day for me. If you have any problems ever, just contact customer service at this company and let them help you."

"I ordered a dragonfly tiffany lamp from this company because they had the best prices and really good ratings. When I got the lamp, it was straight from China intentionally wired wrong and the edges of the Tiffany shade were broke. I emailed the company immediately and sent them pictures since this was a $58 lamp if I saw at Wal-Mart I would have never touched. They apologized profusely and immediately put in for a replacement free of charge. My new lamp came 2 days ago and it made differently and made correctly. This lamp even came with paperwork on how to adjust the shade. This lamp looks like someone took the time to QC the work and be proud of the lamp they made. I now proudly display a beautiful Tiffany dragonfly replica bankers lamp in my computer/office room. I love what Allegro Shops did for me and the treatment was OUTSTANDING. Do not hesitate to look them up knowing they get a 5 star in my opinion. Thanks AllegroShops employees for being the best.

"This was the best customer service experience I think I have ever had. I ordered two somewhat expensive mirrors, and they both arrived with the glass broken. I e-mailed the company, and they immediately sent out two (intact) brand new mirrors, and were extremely apologetic. They were prompt, did not make me jump through hoops to get my order replaced, and were very courteous and friendly the entire time. I will definitely order from Allegroshops again!"

"We ordered three "Ashley Blaire 32.25 Terrebonne Bar/Counter Stools" through AllegroShops. The stools arrived quickly, and we LOVE THEM, but the finish on them had been damaged from improper packaging by the manufacturer (NOT Allegro's fault). The paint had not been allowed to dry sufficiently before they were bubble wrapped, so there were quite a few "bad spots". Since all 3 stool were affected, we didn't want to take a chance on returning them and having 3 new ones show up with the same problem, so we contacted AllegroShops' customer service to ask the manufacturer for some matching paint so we could make the repairs ourselves. Natalie at AllegroShops contacted the manufacturer with our request and some paint was sent out to us right away. We were easily able to touch up the stools with a tiny brush and now we're happy campers. We saved a lot of money by getting the stools through AllegroShops and the repairs were no big deal once we had the exact matching paint. Thank you, Natalie!"

"While searching the internet for the lowest price on a patio table I wanted, I came across Allegro Shops website. The price was too low to believe ($200 lower than other websites), so I contacted them to assure availability and pricing were correct.
After being reassured on both concerns, I placed my order and received the item 6 days later. Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged. I contacted customer service, and Ira handled my issue very quickly, a new table was sent out the next day. It arrived in perfect condition, and I am very pleased with the transaction.
While there is no phone number for support, have no worries, as they were very responsive via email. I highly recommend them without reserve!

"I ordered the Merry Products Outdoor Folding Chairs on May 25, 2014 and I couldn't be happier with the products! One of the chairs came with a large crack so I took a photo and emailed it in to the customer service email. I received a quick and pleasant response from Ira and she continued to work with me until the problem was resolved!

I received a replacement chair quickly and the whole process was handled quickly and smoothly. I'll definitely recommend this store to my friends and family - I was very pleased with my experience with them!

"This company is almost a scam. I ordered a $106 chess set for my son's birthday and received it in damaged condition. I filled out the return form on the website and emailed them directly. It has been over 2 weeks now and I still have the damaged chess set in my possession as the only correspondence I have received are emails stating that they are scheduling a "UPS INSPECTION" of my damaged goods. There are no additional instructions as to how to return a product there. You get what you pay for in this world."

"VERY PLEASED! I bought a picture for $144 from Allegroshops that was $300 plus $50 for shipping from another site. I was nervous about the shipping because the picture was large and hand painted, but it was wrapped in plastic and had corner protectors along with the packaging. The picture is beautiful and shipping was fast! "

"irresponsible... say they have items in stock after purchase got a vague note... a maybe we don't have this days later got a note... yeah we don't have it by the way you can get just one of the set for a lot more money ... meanwhile missed opportunity to buy item somewhere else with coupon. "ON 9/15/2013, I purchased several items for AllegroShops. One had a very small defect on it. I took pictures and emailed them to your company. Much to my surprise, Olga took over as your representative and she was not only sincere and wonderful, but also amazing. She professionally handled my transaction efficiently and happily. At every turn, she made certain to keep me informed as to the progress of my shipment and ensured that I was happy and satisfied with the service she was providing me.
She did so well and the items I ordered were so beautiful and also priced amazingly well, that I just ordered two more items. One of them was a lamp that I had recently bought myself!

I will certainly be ordering from them again, and if all of the employees are half as wonderful as Olga is, my thanks to all of you! I will certainly be telling friends, co-workers, and families about your great products, prices, and personnel.

"I purchased Anuschka Large Flap-Over Convertible - Jaipur Paisley - 482-JPP. I saved over $91.00 using this site. My order arrived 5 days after placing my order and the purse is perfect, beautiful and included everything mentioned in the description. AllegroShops had the absolute best price anywhere for this handbag. Though the listing said, item location was India, I was hesitant that I would receive it in a timely manner. The handbag was packaged very well. This is by far one of the best online purchases I have made in a long time. This shop sent an email with the tracking number that my order had shipped 2 days after placing my order. I will shop with them again and hope for 100% satisfaction as with this purchase.
5 stars and triple AAA quality item.
