"Great Store. Great Customer Service. Been buying from them for about 3 years, usually buy protein stuff monthly. Used to buy from drugstore.com, vitacost.com both has issue on one of my order and didn't get any resolution. Well, actually the CS from vitacost.com promise a no cost replacement but nothing every got delivered. Something happened to my order from allstarhealth.com that I order on the 1st this month. The UPS site said it DELIVERED on the 7th, but I haven't received it. I send an email to allstarhealth.com on the 10th night telling them I haven't received the package. The CS from allstarhealth answer my email within 24 hrs and start a trace request with UPS. It turn out the UPS driver leave the package to a different apartment and the tenant said somehow/someone took it. After a week, when UPS could not recover the package, allstarhealth.com CS get a no cost replacement ship to me which I received on Christmas Eve day. Great Job. Great Store."
