All star health don’t return money back

"I bought a product from them and they did not ship it. They say that they are checking with me if I am the card holder and they withdraw money from my account. Then they ask me how much money they withdrew, and when I did not succeed in answering, I canceled the purchase and asked them to return my money to me, but they did not accept. They always said that they returned it, but they did not. They returned it a month ago"

You are at risk of losing your money

"Hello People,
Allstarhealth.com used to be one of my suppliers for supplements as they had a 10% volume discount on orders over $10.000 made -pay attention- ON THE SAME MONTH. Most of the time I would buy from them a little more than 10k in every order for me to receive the discount. But one day they didn't have stock on several items and those items were on backorder. So the representative assured BY EMAIL (previously consulted with her superior) they would give me the 10% volume discount regardless ordering on different months. We agreed on paying what was on stock first and once products arrive, I would pay the remaining items on backorder. So I proceeded to pay 2.2k first and once the products arrived I paid 7.9k... for a total of 10.1k. After paying in full I requested my usual 10% reimbursement for the volume ordered.
For my surprise, the representative told me it wouldn't be possible to reimburse the 10% discount as I made the order on different month cycles. Obviously I sent them the proofs I had ON EMAIL where she assured me the reimbursement of the 10% volume discount. And even with my proof on hand, she refused to keep her word. So I told her to return my money and cancel the order, and guess what... she obviously said no. So they proceeded to deliver the products and once I got them, about a 15% of the order was almost expiring.
In conclusion, even with proofs by email they did not respond as a serious company and also they sent me products almost expired. If they did this to me as a client for several years and that bought only high volumes, imagine what they could do to other people. I got scammed and I will never buy again from these scammers. I really recommend you to buy from another website that has better ratings.

Allstarhealth lies to all of us

"Allstarhealth is lying to all of us. They have not done anything as they mentioned in their below reply.

I only want to confirm that Allstarhealth has not yet done the refund to me as they mentioned in their below reply. I have yet received my refund. They keep making constant nonsense statements that they have done such and such...... but they actually have not done anything.

I want my money back as it has been so long since this nonsense, stupid issue occurred.

I am so fed up and regretted placing order with them. It is a lesson for me not to fall into trap of cheaper products. I would rather do shopping with good reputation organizations such as: Amazon, Walmart, Iherb, Lucky vitamin, Health Central USA and some other organizations where the cost might be higher but you will certainly have peace of mind

Scammers

"Ordered 3 months ago to Canada, did not receive my item. Called them numerous times and was refused a refund. Told " this has never happened before, and everyone normally receives their items" Now I see on here im not the first this has happened too. Unprofessional Customer service with no empathy what so ever."

Brutal company

"Don’t buy anything from these scammers. Especially if you live in Canada. The Cdn prices on their site, is NOT what you’ll get charged. On top of that , there are massive duty and taxes charged coming over the boarder. NEVER AGAIN"

Their mistake cost me ££

"They have all these red warnings on their site about import duties but make it clear that under a certain amount you pay them up front.

Because they botch my order up DHL tried charging me again for tax/duties. ASH refunded some but not all of this and said there was nothing they can do despite it being their fault for screwing up the order.

Basically I ended up paying DHL for their mistake and they refused to refund me.

I RECOMMEND: DON’T WASTE THE TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM

"I placed an order over a week ago, and still have not received it. When I contacted Customer Service, they could not tell me WHEN exactly I would receive it. They are in California and I’m in Arizona, so what is the difficulty? They used a shipping company called “OnTracGround” which, based upon the email tracking information history/facts of my order, has provided, what I feel, is definitely substandard service, obviously.
I would NOT recommend doing business with either of these companies. I know I never will again!

Garden Veggie Capsules.

"This was a good product to order to see what 'Balance Of Life" Veggie Powder Blend would be as a similar product. Both products have little to no vitamins or minerals, etc., but does provide required fiber to have a experience for cleaning out your intestines. You get to go without been clogged up in your ****. I tell people that if you want the same exact product, order the Natures Way Garden Powder Blend. I do not pay any attention to the "Best Buy Date or Experation Date for most products, except fresh foods. Those dates are a gauge. Jews love it when you through things out and buy it again and again. Save your money. I have no complaints, but i did not order anything expensive. "

Nearly Past Due Date Vitamins Sold !

"I ordered a Probiotic from All Star Health expecting a product that would have an expiration date of at least 12-18 months (especially in the case of a probiotic). I was sent a bottle that was expiring in 2 months ( on a 60 tablet bottle). I called customer service fully expecting to be able to exchange for a fresher product; only to be told that the product was still good and they would not exchange my probiotic. Don’t waste your money here!"

One star health

" I live in the UK. I ordered some food products ( energy bars) from them knowing that this food product did not incur a tax, (VAT) with customs.
Allstarhealth put on the customs declaration that I had ordered vitamin supplements, rather than food.
In the UK vitamins incur a tax (VAT)
DHL then said they wouldn’t deliver the item without my paying ~$45 tax.
The customer service representative I dealt with via email at allstarhealth was good.
However, when I asked them to pass my complaint higher up the chain, the message that came back from warehouse management was that since 99% of their customers order supplements, they wouldn’t be changing their policy of automatically putting the customs code for supplements, regardless of what is actually being sent abroad, regardless that that will mean their customers get given a tax bill unnecessarily.
Since I fall into the minority of people who don’t order supplements, I am being penalised for this by a company which don’t seem to care about my custom. How can I recommend them?

Professional, kind customer service

"I received wonderful, efficient customer service through email after my package did not arrive. The reps I worked with handled the lost package claim (without me having to get involved at all) and after it was determined that the items were officially lost, a replacement order was reissued and delivered immediately. If you have any questions and need to contact this company, you will reach a real human and receive quick replies. They even gave a follow up phone call post delivery to ensure everything was OK. Great service for an e-commerce shop! Highly recommended. "

Complaint not registered

"Worst insurance service... It's been two times I have tried to take reimbursement on my policy and when you complaint there is no response from these people side.... Last tym a person called Irfan picked up my call and he was ruid... They are not customer satisfactory and try to explain us the way we should be talking to them. They don't know how to solve problem and tell you contact branch office although the branch office PPL never pick up your call"
