"OMG this site is good on price but ridiculous at getting you your items I will NEVER use this service or site or recommend this place to anyone. I ordered my package 06/22/2012 was given a tracking number stating it was shipped on 06/27/2012. By 07/02/2012 the USPS still had no records of my item. In fact they told me that they only received electronic notification that the shipper would have the package to them to be mailed at 06/30/2012. So basically more than a week later and in the same state mind you I still haven't received my package. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied by the service and company and the customer service is non existent as you never speak to a live person just a VM to leave your name and a message and a promise to call you back but NO ONE ever calls you back."

"I placed an order with this online seller and purchased 2 night air shipping for an extra $18.69. This was supposed to ensure my delivery would arrive by Friday, 6/29. When the medication didn't come in the mail today, I wanted to speak with someone immediately- as my dog needs her medication on the same day each month and she is now two days late. When I called to speak with the company's representative, I was hung up on. I have called back 5 times and have been hung up on. This company not only has horrible customer service, but doesn't take their role as providing pet medications seriously. I would never reccommend this company, and am currently filing a dispute with my bank over the charges. Beware that this company is dishonest and disrespectful."

"I placed an order in early June for heart worm pills for my dog. My credit card was charged immediately and did not get three weeks later so I tried calling. I got a voice message so I left a message and asked that they call me. No return call a week later so I called again. I called six times and every time I got a rep I was hung up on! What a scam! I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. They will rip you off! Do not buy from them ever!!!!"

"I place-3 rings!d an order on 11 June; with 7-day delivery. On the 12th they emailed me confirmation of shipment. USPS indicated that the "tracking number" may be real, but that the parcel never was mailed. After 10 days I tried reaching them via email and phone. No response after 20 minutes of ringing. When we tried the "new customer' number, it was picked up after 2-3 rings. We explained that we had not received the merchandise. The woman indicated that she would Check. After four more days we contacted the bankcard and disputed the charge; which had posted to the account on the 12th of June. Two days later we received the merchandise via overnight delivery (We kept the USPS tracking information as proof)

Crappy company - crappy customer service. It took threats from the back to have the honor the order. BUYER BEWARE

"I ordered on 6/5. I received the package on 6/13. But 2 products are missing. I called customer service on 6/14. Dian said UPS damage the second shipment. They'll ship the rest of product again on 6/14 in the afternoon. But I didn't received it till today, 6/27. I called the customer service again today. Dani said they'll ship again today. I don't know if they can ship today since they didn't do it last time.

I sent 3 emails to customer service. But they only replied 1.

I don't recommend this seller since their customer service is really bad. They charge your credit card when you place the order. But if you don't call them, they don't send the products to you.

"Billed 5/26. It is now 6/26 and I have not received the heart medication for my dog. NEVER will I use this online seller again. I was disconnected 10 times in the last 5 days without speaking to anyone about my problem. I have contacted my credit card company disputing the charge."

"I placed an order through Allvetmed over a week ago and I have never recieved the order and on the website it still shows processing. I have tried to make several attempts to communicate with them by e-mail, voicemail and have never got a response. I am cancelling the credit card payment and canceling the order on line and never do buisness with them again."

"DO NOT USE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! I placed an order on June 7, 2012 it is now the 19th and my order still shows in process. I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to reach someone at all vet med. If I chose the prompt foe existing customers. They would pick up the after a couple of second hang up on me this happened about 20 times. Then I started pressing the prompt if you wanted to place a new order. Someone answered so I explained that I was an existing customer but every time I chose that prompt I was hung up on. The customer service person informed me that they hang up because they only have 17 employees and are short on help. She also told me that they had faxed my vet twice and got no response. My vet said they had not received anything and confirmed his fax number. He suggested they call him vs faxing. I called vet med again and asked that they call. I was told they would try to fax again not call. Two days later and many more hangups and long holds I was told the vet had approved my order. Now 5 additional days have passed and my order is still not shipped. Had I not paid through pay pal over a hundred dollars for this medication I also would cancel. I even emailed customer service and explained the hang ups and poor customer service. They replied they were not short of help and my order was now approved and scheduled to ship. Hmmm their web site says different and now 12 days after I placed my order I am out $103.00 and still no medication for my yorkie. I will never use all vet med again."

"I purchased GastroGard for my mare who was recently diagnosed with many ulcers. I found the best price possible through AllVetMed, $31.90 a tube, unheard of! My vet and insurance were stunned, they said buy it!!

I need this medication quickly so I paid for 3-5 business day shipping, hoping for the 3 day. That was over 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive the medication!!!! Strangely enough AllVetMed apparently isn't aware that I don't have the medication because they asked me to write this review.

I made the purchase for the medication on a Friday and AllVetMed didn't ship the medication until the following Friday, how is that 3-5 business days? I'm a bit frustrated.

As for the medication, I can't up and purchase it somewhere else at this point. AllVetMed has all $1200.00 of my money. So, I'm certain when it arrives eventually it will be fine, GastroGard is GastroGard. If it works, it works, if it doesn't it doesn't.

In regards to their customer service, I'm a very dissatisfied customer! I was going to start purchasing my other medications through them, I'll think twice about that now.

"Tried to cancel order, right after I made it, as I decided on a different product. Customer service told me they would cancel order (they can't change the order, you have to cancel, then place a different order) They sent the product anyway- but it was not even what I had ordered. They sent me meds for a small dog, but charged me for the dosage I had indicated on the order I had tried to cancel. I have now sent the package back, but have heard nothing from this company. If you try to call, you will wait forever on hold, then customer may hang up on you. They have hung up on me several times now. I'm filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I'm out 51 Dollars. "

"Purchasing through AllVetMed was simple enough. And delivery was reasonably quick. But, unfortunately, the delivery was not what I had ordered. Also, in spite of NUMEROUS attempts to communicate with AllVetMed, both by phone and email, there has been no response. There is NEVER any answer to their phones, only the opportunity to leave a voice mail, which I can only presume gets no interest from them.

We are huge pet owners, raising golden retrievers. There are plenty of online companies that carry the medications we need. We will not be making any further purchases ever, of any kind, through AllVetMed.

I can not more highly recommend NOT using AllVetMed.

ADDITION -
You will see that ALLVETMED responded to my review, found above. The only way I can respond to their response is by adding this addendum -
1 - Following their response, which indicated they would take care of things, there was NO contact to me in any way, no phone call, no email, nothing.
2 - I attempted to call THEM - 4 times. At each call, you are greeted by their very upbeat recorded welcome message. Following their instructions, each time I pressed "1" as an existing customer. When I did that, two of the times I was then immediately disconnected. The other two times, the line was answered by a female voice that quickly said "AllVetMed please hold" which then immediately placed me on hold, from which I was again disconnected within 30 seconds.

I stand by my original post. This company is a complete rip-off and sham. There is NO WAY I would or could ever do business with them again, and I can not say strongly enough how much I would discourage anyone from using this company. As I previously mentioned, there are scores of very reputable and reliable pet supply and medication companies on the net. Use one of them - avoid AllPetMed like you would avoid the plague.

"Order meds for my big boy Amos on 5/31/12...order never changed from "processing" to "shipped" on their website. I contacted them on June 5th and was told USPS had lost my shipment (even though website did not show shipped). It still took them 2 additional days to send out my product! Tracking does NOT work. Called the company and left message as instructed - NO call back. Very poor service and now my Amos is out of meds!!!

UPDATE JUNE 28TH - thought it might be useful for other to know that, yes, I did finally receive my original order, but the company did NOT come through on the free product as indicated in their response.

"I have never had such a terrible experience with buying online. I purchased revolution for my dog through the AllVetMed website. One month later, I realized it never arrived. I emailed and called repeatedly with no response. Everytime I call now I get disconnected after being on hold for 1/2 hour. It's been 1 month of trying to the contact the company with no response. I feel like I've been conned by a fraudulent website. "
