"The WORST company EVER! They don't answer the phone. After 15 minutes of waiting you get directed to a VM saying they'll call you back if you leave a message. But they will NEVER call you back, so forget it! They take your money but if you don't stick it out to get a person on the phone (I had to call form 2 different lines at the same time and just keep waiting and calling to get someone.) they will never send your medications. They clearly do not give a hoot about your pets so, don't bother. The girls are nice enough (Adrian & Angeline), but the owner Nestor, must be a real piece of work. I imagine this place is a front for something quite frankly. The company does not exude trust, they exude "sketchy warehouse" "trafficking" of something or someones. ew"

"Placed an order for pet meds 11/2/12. 1 week later called to get status. Never received an email that the product was back ordered.Said they were back ordered and would be in the next week and ship out. Kept getting the same story each week. Left voice mails and did not receive a call back. Sent emails and did not receive a response. Only way I could get them was to make sure to call during business hours and sit on hold. Reps would promise the product would go out the following week. One rep actually eluded that there was some other kind of problem with the order and it would definitely go out Monday or Tuesday of this week and they would expdite shipping since the meds I have now are running out Thursday. Called Tuesday am and they're telling me its still on back order. Cancelled the order this morning. Hope I dont have to keep calling for my refund.

"Worst company ever. Never ship there packages they steal your money. Blame UPS for loosing there orders when it's not true if you want verify with UPS. Those packages have never been shipped out. There's never a supervisor on the spot to assist you and hear you. Takes over a month for them to ship out the medication. This company sucksssssssssssss the medication might be cheaper but your pet would die before you receive this medication mine did I had to go ahead and transfer my Rx somewhere else because of there lack of care. "

"DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS Online Pharmacy!
1. They do not return phone calls in a timely manner
2. They do not return emails in a timely manner
3. Are not organized and each customer service representative gives you a different answer
4. They drag their heels to ship your order, even when paying for expedited shipping
5. I ended up cancelling my order because even after the verification from my vet it was two days later and the order had not shipped.

Extremely dissapointed and very unsatisfied

"AVOID ALLVETMED.COM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with (and 95% of my purchases are made online)!!! They flat out LIED to me saying that my order had shipped and even sent me a TOTALLY BOGUS tracking number!!! When I finally called in to question them I was informed that they didn't even have the product in stock!!! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!

Not to mention, after I did an additional 2 minutes of searching (literally) I found what I wanted for less and from a reputable company (countrysidepet.com) who also acts as a vendor/supplier for NewEgg.

"AllVetMed has consistently delivered all of our medications on time. The medications are fresh, have secure packaging, and are never late. Their customer service is immediate, helpful, and friendly. They go above and beyond.
We are a 501c3 non profit dog and cat (plus others) rescue organization, and have been recommending AllVetMed to all of our supporters and followers.

"Bought Revolution for my dog. The fifth dose I opened was leaking from the bottom of the tube. They refused to make any adjustment. Pfizer told me that they do not sell to allvetmed.com and do not know how they would have received any legitimate product to sell."

"STAY AWAY! This has been the absolute worse company to deal with. I am going back to 1800Pet Meds. I ordered 3 medications and waited for 20 days. Nothing came in the mail. I called they gave me some story about being on back order for one of the medications. I asked if they would ship the other two and was told "no because they were all being shipped the next day." I got an email with a tracking number on 9/24. The tracking number did not work. I again waited. I called again and expressed my concerns. I received the medication that was on "back order" today 10/6 but not the other two medications. I waited over a month to receive my medication and then the order is not complete. They have not responded to my calls or emails. If you care about your pets, avoid this company. Next time I decide to try a new company because of their costs I will have to do my homework. BBB rates they at an F and I see why. I have already filed a complaint."

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I think they are going out of business and trying to hang on a little longer.

I ordered revolution for cats on September 11, 2012. It FINALLY arrived on October 1st.
I called on September 18 and was told that it had been back ordered, but was about to ship. Nowhere on the order screen did it say it was out of stock. When there was still no tracking data, I called back on the 21st. They claimed that it was "just about to ship". I requested that my shipping be upgraded for free to 2-3 day and the rep agreed.

Still no tracking on the 25th. I called back and it was again "about to ship". My shipping had not been upgraded though. The rep lied to me when she claimed she gave a free upgrade. I requested that the 6.95 in shipping be returned to my card since I had been lied to. As you'd guess, no money has been returned to my card. I was again lied to.

It seems like they might be going out of business soon and are delaying shipments as a short term loan window (failing online retailers use this as a last ditch source of financing to keep going a while longer). All of the complaints on here recently seem to indicate this. Sure wish I had read the reviews before dealing with those folks.

"I had such a bad experience that I will never shop at allvetmed again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. My complaint today isn't the first time I have had poor service with this company, but saving a few bucks made me go back...regretfully. I ordered on September 11th knowing that the last time I ordered pain medication for my 15 year dog, it had came late. I expected my package in 7-10 days. It never showed up, my emails were never responded to, and when I finally got through to someone who claimed to be the supervisor, she yelled at me and told me there is no way she would overnight the package because she wasn't going to loose her job over it. My dog is 15 and imagine the stress of her not getting her medicine!!! Anyway, asked to speak to her boss, she said she was it, I then asked to speak to the owner who she said is Richard Smith (yeah right) and no I could not speak to him because he is never there. I asked if there were any other people in management and she stated there was the shipping supervisor, who I asked to speak to (obviously a shipping issue) and she hung up on me. When I called back is when she actually started yelling "I can either refund your money or I can reship the medicine and you can get it next week" Well, next week is too long for a 15 year old dog to be in pain. The worst customer service I have ever had and I do not want anyone to go through the pain my dog and I have. This does not seem to be a legitimate company and they obviously don't care about their customers. Elizabeth is the claimed name of the manager I was being yelled at from. I had spent $254 on this order (and remember a repeat customer) and do you think they (Elizabeth) were going to do anything to make the situation better? Absolutely not, she only stressed me out more. If anyone has the contact for the owner, I sure would appreciate it. My advice: steer clear of this company- it is not worth the stress to you or your beloved animal. Richard Smith (or whatever the owner's name is) I challenge you to respond to this and make the situation better. Your first step is getting rid of horrible customer service, then get responsible and do some quality control, if you have complaints respond to them, ensure the customer is getting what they pay for, and don't be a chicken and blame the USPS or UPS for losing something you never shipped!!!!! Quite the coincidence that multiple people are claiming the same thing when you know USPS an UPS have an amazing track record. Step up and do something about this!!!!!! You wouldn't be here without your customers and remember the innocent animals who are caught up in the mess. I have never been treated like this over the phone by someone who claims to be in a position of management and I demand you do something about this. This is not the only complaint I am making, so you will hear from me more!"

"STAY AWAY, ordered meds for my dog weeks ago. Have been calling to check status, first they said order would ship in one day, called five days later to find out they were out of the meds. Rep said they were coming in today and I would receive a tracking number that night. Called next day and was told they shipped priority but no tracking available. Now a week later I just called and was told they shipped but no tracking number. When I asked for a manager I was told that no manager was available. I logged onto my credit card website to find that I was not charged, when I brought that up, I was told, ok the order has not shipped yet, please wait to get your order. By now my dog is out of her meds and I'm forced to go to my vet and pay alot more. I am going back to my old online ordering company, may be a few bucks more, but they do as they say. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS."

"I ordered GlycoFlex II for one of my dogs and Revolution Flea meds for 3 dogs and 1 cat. My order supposedly shipped on Sep. 12, but I have not received it. They charged my card though. When I called about it on Sep. 19 they said USPS lost the package and that they had reshipped my stuff on Sep. 18 with UPS. They were suppose to call me back with a tracking #. Never got a call back so called today (Sep. 20) and they said the package had reshipped this morning, but they could not give me a tracking #. When I pressed for one and told them I really needed the flea meds the operator hung up on me. Called back and got the same person (Diana, operator # 201). I asked her to speak with a manager and she said she was the manager. I said I would prefer a refund at this point she said ok she would cancel my order and give a refund. I asked about the package that she said had already shipped this morning and she said it hadn't shipped yet! I cancelled my credit card and filled a claim just now. This company lies and are a bunch of crooks."

"Lied to numberous time about efforts AllVetMed "claim" to have attempted with my Vets office. My vets office is/was very supportive, they even took the time to review the fax logs to ensure it was not an oversight on their behalf. The fictious fax Allvetmed claim to have sent did not exsist seven days after receiving my money. If I had not inquired it would have gone on longer.

Once that was resolved (a week), The lies regarding shippping status begain. Five days after I had confirmed they where in receipt of all paperwork and med authorizations, the order was still "processing". Calls to ALLVetMed resulted again in lies about "I will be sent today" x3 calls. I emailed to cancel the order and they actually acted quickly on that request, now the problem is my money (Paypal transaction) has not been refunded. My last call was met with "refunds is another department". OK.. Let me speak to them. Well they are not in right now...

3-4 emails and 6 or so phonecalls is not worth saving a few $$ compared to other reputable sites.

Paypal dispute filed. BBB filing is next.

Added: I now see the BBB also gives them a "F" rating.

Please save yourself some time and headache. Especially if it's medication you expect to receive promptly.
