I placed my order at about 2:20PM on thursday, and my small package didn't ship out until Tuesday of the next week. It amazingly got there by Thursday, so overall it wasn't bad; however, I almost pulled all my hair out over the weekend thinking some little company had taken my money and run. In the future they should make it known when they're going to ship out an item."

Seeing I had just ordered bike parts from the UK and paid $7 CAD Royal Mail for a similar sized order I told them and they agreed to lower shipping costs to $20. So they wanted $26 for handling??? I ordered an Atomlab DJ fork from AE Bike back in April. The fork broke in May and I warranted directly through Atomlab. I rode the replacement fork until October and it also ended up breaking in the same manner! I was fed up with the Atomlab fork so I went back to AE hoping they would replace the fork with an upgrade understanding I would pay the difference in price. Sure enough they did!
