"I ordered a Kryptonite Evolution bike lock which arrived missing the carrying bracket. I called the seller and was told that the kryptonite bracket would be sent to me. What I was sent instead was a useless cheapo off- brand bracket that will not work on my bike. I contacted the seller again and they told me that I was stupid for wanting a carrying bracket and that I should carry the lock in a backpack and then refused to send me the proper Kryptonite bracket, saying that they could not get one (I wish they would have at least had the self respect to make up a better story than saying that a bike shop can't get a mounting bracket for the commonest brand of lock in the world.) They now refuse to take back lock for refund because I used it while waiting for proper bracket to be sent! I'm willing to bet that they sold the bracket that was supposed to come with the lock and planned all along to substitute the cheapo junker. Do this switch frequently and make a few extra bucks? "
