"I've been an Avid Air gun shooter since before the age of 13, before my dad gave me my first .22LR bolt action rifle. These have been (in order of acquisition): Red Ryder .177 lever action repeater, Crosman 177 & .22 cal pump pistols models 1377 & 1322, respectively and finally my favorites: A Crosman 600 .22 cal semi auto CO2 blow-back pistol (collectors item, which I still have) ... and my modified Crosman 2240 with screw_in PCP tank (CO2 cartridge substitute) and Polish made .22 cal lead BB auto loader, which screws on top of the breech assy. Up until now I've used a Benjamin hand pump to pump up the tiny tank on this thing and because of the size, this thing pumped up to 20 Bar quick & EZ, with no problem. Now that I'm 63, It's not so EZ to pump up my newer Umarex Gauntlet .25 & Benjamin Marauder .22 semi-auto air guns, with the larger tanks, so ..less than a year ago, I went and bought my very first Electric PCP compressor which works great! Only thing is that my new Hatsan Airguns use different tank fill connectors, so my 1/8" BSPP fill female connector on my compressor hose, was incompatible with my new High Power Hatsan Carbines and Rifles. Fortunately the Air gun experts at AGD understood my problem and sent me links for correct adapters and HP hoses, etc., so that I could order the exact item(s) that I needed in order to resolve my issues. Much thanks to the AGD service department customer service reps, for the knowledgeable help and expertise!"

"I called recently to inquire about a Skout Epock, I was looking for the availability and best options as I'm new to Pcp guns. Sometimes you just run into the right person on the other end of the phone and Calvin was that person. I was looking to get a high end rifle with all the things that I would need as an initial start. I was fortunate that he seemed to know exactly what I was thinking. I let him know that I was interested in making the best decision first rather than the third time as he would say. With his assistance I purchased a rifle and all required items to start me off to include a compressor and bi-pod and the correct rings. As I already had a very good scope. I asked him for advice and let him know that I was Interested in precision shooting. His expertise and experience Is impressive but what sold me is his enthusiasm for me. I'm not new to shooting and have many good breakbarrel air guns. When I first heard about the skout I realized this would be a very good place to start because it has so many different options and calibers without changing the entire platform. He was willing to spend the time with me and explain what I was looking at. So I understood what I was purchasing and why. I cannot say how happy I am with the experience and look forward to receiving my equipment. I've already determined that I will be talking to Calvin once in a while as I progress in my shooting to upgrade my equipment as needed.
