HORRIBLE

"It’s terrible that there’s no -1 star rating here. This clothing company does not even deserve 1 star. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Their customer service is very unhelpful. I cancelled my purchase less than 2 hours after making a purchase because I did not receive any confirmation email whether my purchase went thru or not. When I called their customer service, they said they will cancel it and refund within 3-5 biz days which they did not. No email confirmation again about this request, i called again after 4 days and was advised that there’s nothing that they cam do anymore because the order has been shipped already. Asked for a supervisor and the supervisor was rude to say that he cannot to anyt"

Unsatisfied First Time Customer

"My shopping experience online was great. But the delivery **** big time. My package was stolen then I was emailed that it was undeliverable and never heard from anyone to resolve this situation. Nor did I receive my money back. I am now filing a claim with my bank because someone has to take accountability for these actions and it is not my fault that this incident happened. Poor customer service ever"

"I've been waiting for over an entire month just for my order to SHIP. Every time I check back with updates, the delivery date moves up at least 5 days and keeps me wondering when I'll get my item. Still waiting on an order from 8/13/21

"This company should just throw in the towel you guys absolutely **** I ordered clothes for my daughter for back to school we are in September and on September 13 it will be 30 days since my order was placed. The customer service agents are trained to lie I have called 5 times and each time I am told”yep everything is available your order should ship in the next couple of days” Still nothing then the last interaction the agent had an attitude with me for calling. Foolery are the clothes on Mars because I have ordered from other companies no extensive delays like this "

" Ordered on August 17th, school starts August 30th. Order still says waiting for fulfillment. Chat offered me a 10% off coupon (LOL). There is no reasonable explanation for a delay this long. Also placed orders the same day from American Eagle, Champion, and Nike. All of those shipped and received. Guess where I'll be ordering from in the future. Your marketing means nothing if you can't fulfill orders.

Horrible experience

"In my 57 years old and I never dealt with such a horrible company...today, 12 days since I made my order and finding on the updates that is still waiting for fulfillment, I couldn't reach after multiple tries anyone in "life chat", then I was waiting 51 minutes for customer representative to talk with me - after this horrible experience I wanted to cancel my order (and I did!!!) I've been told that my cancelation has to go through the management to approve it "

On line orders

"On 2 separate orders I got shorted. I ordered 25 of the same item, and got 24, which I think is not an accident. I called the customer service number, and after being on hold for over an hour, I gave up and hung up. e-mailed the customer service, and never got a reply. I will not be ordering from them again. The packers either can't count, or are stealing one from each order. "

Awful

"Omg I placed two orders online and both were cancelled within minutes of being placed. I had already received the alert from my CC that the charges were approved so I know it wasn’t that. When I called to find our what was wrong, I was told another team had to look at it and it could be 3-5 days before they have an answer.
I also chatted with customer service who said “it’s the weekend, what do you expect”
Seriously, I will be filing a complaint against them

Ridiculous customer service

"I placed an online order through Aeropostale.com on 10/25. On that same date, one hour later, I received an email from Aeropostale stating that my item was still in my cart, and that the order was not complete. At that time I logged back into the website, and re-placed the order. I then received 2 emails confirming 2 different orders. I immediately logged onto their customer service chat and requested that the duplicate order be cancelled. I was given a Request ID# of 25734252 to cancel my order. On 10/27, 2 days later, I was sent an email stating that the order had already been placed for shipping, and could not be cancelled. I found this curious because I cancelled the order within 5 minutes of placing the duplicate order, and this email was being sent 2 days later. The company informed me that I would be sent a pre-paid label for a return, but that I would not be reimbursed for the shipping fees. I was never sent the pre-paid label, and I do not feel that I should have to pay the shipping fees when I was tricked into making a duplicate order. I feel that they were being deceptive by waiting 2 days to respond to my cancellation request, and then did not send out the label so that I could return the item. "
