"In 4 years of buying, this was the one and only really bad experience, bought an HP-4809
battery for my laptop (Accessory Genie was the only one who offered international shipping for batteries), which i didnt receive (i usualy receive shipments from the u.s within 20 days max.), contacted (by email) Todd A at Accessory Genie who claimed shipping another one which i also didnt receive, after informing them several times by email that i still didnt receive the battery, they ( Todd A and Jake M) first claimed that they will perform a refund after receiving back the shipped batteries, contacted them several times afterwards and at each time they claimed that they cant perform a refund unless they receive the batteries, finally (and after sending them many emails without receiving any reply and after waiting for approx. 9 months) they replyed claiming that they cant offer a refund for this order."

Please alert others to stick to original ratings and do not believe them. I was cheated by Accesory Genie."

"I selected Accessory Genie to purchase batteries for my camera because of their privacy policy and because I thought I was buying genuine Fuji batteries. Though their privacy policy says they share buyer information with no one, it turns out that is only a half-truth. The company who processes their credit cards (which you would not know from AG's web site), has one of those clauses indicating they may share your information with their partners and other business associates--the equivalent of saying they will share with anyone willing to buy the information!!! Because AG didn't list the company who processes their transactions, their privacy policy is misleading.
Second complaint: when I got the batteries, the package was clearly marked "Replaces Fuji NP-40."
The battery is NOT a Fuji-branded product and in this their web description of the battery is a lie.
I will not do business again with a company that misleads potential customers. How could I trust them?

For his birthday, i decided to give him a complete package of everything he may need to operate it. All i knew was barely a brand and model of the device he just got. I called Accesory Genie to ask for advise and was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and care i received. I was able to get him a spare batery, car charger, tripod and a bag for a fraction that i would have paid elsewhere. I am always skeptical of "too good to be truth" situations but took a chance because of the three year warranty on everything i chose. Received package on time, in a great shape and packaging.
