I had ordered a flex FM transmitter so I could listen to my audio books in the car. Any way after the order was complete accessory genie contacted me to see how things were going with my new product. I had told them about a minor issue. It basically kept falling over. I think that is more of a design issue with my car and not the FM transmitter. I ended up must having the part that holds the phone on the seat so it would not fall over but still usable and that works for me. However the company gave me a small refund because of the issue. I was like wow this is a nice company to do business with. It seems to me they really care about their customers. They very much surprised me with their kindness. I wish all companies cared this much. "

"Less than 1 star. This is an Amazon partner who if Amazon values its reputation they need to forbid doing business with them. I ordered a case from them that they did not ship. When it did not come, they refused to reship, and refused to cancel order. I cancelled anyway-I had to invoke the A-Z guarantee. I also had to call credit card company and reverse charge. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER purchase anything from this company."
