"These guys are a total rip-off!! I ordered a cell case, they sent me the wrong one, a much cheaper model. When I complained, they said send it back at my expense, and they would replace it and maybe charge my credit card additional charges if they felt like it! So the item I paid for now is costing me more money and extra time shipping. False advertising and a total lie and rip-off!!! I will never deal with these jerks again, and have filed a claim with Paypal, my bank, and the BBB for their lies!!! They can't even get a simple order right without trying to get more out of me, like I should pay extra for their mistake!!"

"TERRIBLE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! when i ordered from them (AND paid for rush shipping) i was not informed that the item was backordered. it simply never showed up. when i called to check on it and learned that it had in fact been backordered, i was told that it was coming in to the warehouse that day, and would be shipped the very next day. TWO WEEKS later it actually shipped. when it arrived, it was not the correct item even though the sticker on it described the correct item. so i called them again and they called it a "website error" because what they were selling was a "newer version" of the product. it was actually a DIFFERENT version of the product and the guy didn't care at all that they were shipping something other than what was pictured on the website and had no intention to tell someone to fix the website so this wouldn't happen again. they didn't care that i got the wrong item and simply told me to send it back and said that they would credit my card in 2-3 weeks. i certainly don't trust them to do that, so i'm simply stuck without the right thing and am out the purchase price.

when i asked to speak to a manager, the guy said "uhhhhhh...she's not here, she just left" and "i don't know when she'll be in". perhaps they're just a couple of punk kids that think they're cool for scamming people with online sales.....

"Shipping is EXTREMELY fast, but I received the wrong item! I ordered a USB cable for my LG phone and instead got a charging pod for a Blackberry. I was going to call customer service, but their office was already closed so I used the live chat. That was very prompt and they sent out the new order. Now I have to see if I will receive the correct item this time."

"I should have checked here before placing my order. I placed an order for a metal stylus with pen. Order was placed on Fri. (reg. shipping) and product was delivered Monday. Fast shipping, wrong product! I received the same plastic kind of stylus that originally came with phone. Pen,what pen? There is no pen even though the website states that it's a combination pen & stylus. Before I called them to find out what happened to the metal and the pen portion of the stylus. I went back to their site to double check. Yep still says the same thing I read when I placed the order. When I told them that it was wrong item, that it was supposed to have a pen also she said they just call it a stylus pen. Well the website indicates that it writes and that it is metal, this is plastic. She asked me to hold on & when she came back on said they had that one in stock and would ship it. Then she said that one was for a different phone,but would I like to order something else. I told her I'd check & get back to them. Nothing. I called back, got my RMA # & ordered from someone else. I decided to check their website to see if they still had it listed. Surprise they have the white one still listed (as metal/pen) but the black one (that I was trying to order) now says plastic. Well I shipped it back to them today now I'm waiting to see if they are going to try & charge me a re-stocking. So there will be an update. "

"Shipping was fast. Product arrived in good condition. Price was fair. However, product description showed iphone holster case with iphone facing in or out, but when you try to face the phone out it is stuck in the holster and you cant remove it. Kind of like false advertising. "

"Ordered a battery for my HP Ipaq. Didn't receive a shipping notice for over a week so I emailed them. Two days later they replied they were having stocking issues. Finally got item 2 weeks after ordering, only to find it's a bad battery. Will not charge AT ALL!!! Called customer service, they no longer carry the item and want me to pay more to upgrade to an extended battery to which I don't have the proper battery cover to!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH"

"Accessory Geeks shipped me the wrong item. Email correspondence was a complete disconnect - responding about a totally different item. They finally sent me a return number, wanted me to pay postage to return the product and wanted me to pay a 15% restocking fee. And the packaging had to be in perfect condition - well I did have to open the package to wee the wrong item! DO NOT buy here. Take your $$'s elsewhere!

"I purchased a laptop screen protector from them that on the item description said that it is anti-glare but when I put it on my laptop it is worse than the stock glossy screen, it reflects everything even when it is dark i can still see a reflection. I contacted them and they said they would get back to me with an answer, it has been a few days and still no answer. I will not do business with them, not only because the online chat person is the same person everytime but they rip you off and sell you japanese crap."

"Ordered Iphone accessory's for christmas gifts. Received email stating one of two items was shipped the other back ordered. My credit card was charged for both items. I never received tracking number. Finally no product arrived so on Dec 22 I called them three times and one live chat with there site. By the end of the day I was told the product never shipped and the second item was not available anymore. They wanted to sub the first item for something else, I declined, just want my credit card refunded. I will never deal with these people again."

"I ordered a cellphone bluetooth headset from Accessory Geeks. It came fairly quickly, and the price was decent, but when it arrived I noticed the box was damaged. Upon opening it, I discovered that they had shipped me an open, used headset. This is especially disgusting because the speaker sits in your ear canal. I called hours ago, talked to a rep, was told I'd hear back in an hour, and am still waiting for a call back. Avoid this retailer.

UPDATE: I heard back from them. They tried to tell me that I need to contact the manufacturer of the product, to which I responded "You can not sell me a used item and then blame the manufacturer". Then they told me that they would refund my money when they recieve the returned product to which I responded, "No. You will refund my money immediately, THEN I will return the product". Then they didn't refund my account immediately, even though they assured me that they would. Better Business Bureau, here I come.

Order placed August 29, 2007. On September 1st, I received item SFP-SAI607, the Samsung I607 Premium High Quality Screen Protector. To quote the item page:

Although it was supposed to be custom cut for the Samsung Blackjack, it was two sizes too small and covered just under a half of the screen.

I have sent them several emails, with no response, after it states on their website "We'll get back to you in lightning speed". All I want them to do is send me a screen potector that fits that I paid $12.99 for. This place sucks. No wonder they don't want to get back to you with "lightening speed". They want to cheat the customers and hold on to every little bit of money they can get.

I do A LOT of online shopping and never in my life have I dealt with a company so incompetent.

IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A SCREEN PROTECTOR FOR ANYTHING, GO TO WWW.SHIELDZONE.COM. Thats where I got mine and I love it. It actually fits the screen. Even better you can get one to protect the entire body of any electronic device.

"LOOK ELSEWHERE! On 27 Apr 2007, I ordered a DC charger, AC charger and data cable for my new LG CU500 cellphone. I received the package in a reasonable time but, even though the shipping document shows the DC charger was shipped, It was not in the package. A different model was there with a statement under it "Bundled with PCP-LG4050" (the item I ordered). I called customer support and was told that they had substituted the one shipped for the one I ordered. I told her I had ordered the 4050 model because it was for my GSM phone and the sub was not satisfactory. I mentioned also that substituting without contacting the customer to cancel the item or ship later, is a nasty practice. She will contact purchasing and call me back in 2 or 3 hours (yow right)! After a week of waiting, I sent a email to customer support expressing my dissatisfaction. Also mentioned the sub was cheaper and they had not adjusted the price and it also did not have the needed "plug mating grooves" pictured and touted on their web page to insure it could be inserted into my nice new phone without bending the pins. I received a email from them including URL to the sub item page showing they had raised the price to the same as the item ordered and the blowup picture of the grooved plug had magically disappeared. They invited me to compare the specs. I sent two more emails indicating I was going to have AMEX zap the charge for the ordered item that was not shipped (which they have done) alert the buying public how despicable & disreputable they are and if they wanted the piece of junk they sent, they could come and get it! I wouldn't use it on a bet. These people operate in the shadows and care nothing for the customer. "
