"Their product selection is fine and I did receive my order.
But their web site states in several places "Free shipping is via USPS First Class", and it's a lie. They use DHL Global Mail, which is a hybrid parcel delivery service in which DHL takes your package the first part of the way, and USPS takes it to your house via some very low class of mail. So it's really slow, almost as slow as Parcel Post. You can basically take DHL Ground delivery time, and add 3-4 days to estimate how long it will take. First Class Mail would have taken two days for my package, but instead it came in six days, and that's just from Southern California to Northern California! I didn't get the shipment when I needed it.
I contacted them several times about this via e-mail and customer support chat, and while they acknowledged that they don't use USPS First Class Mail, they didn't apologize and they refused to correct their web site.

"I ordered a phone case from this site on friday. I got the site mixed up when looking for reviews. When I saw the negative feedback on this site AFTER I had already made my purchase, I got really nervouse and wanted to cancel my order.
I ended up not cancelling it, I had it shippped priority and received my order wednesday.I found the shipping prices to be resonable.
On the site the case seemed to be a see through silverish color with an argyle pattern, when I got it it seemed more like a clearish color. Didn't matter to me anyway as I wasn't looking for anything with a bright color. Extremely happy with my purchase!"

"Ordered some speakers for my android phone. The speakers did not work so I requested a refund or a replacement. I couldn't believe all the red tape I had to go through to just get to the point of getting compensated for the defective product. First I had to fill out a form, then I had to wait for it to be "approved", and then I had to wait for a special "RMA" number (whatever that is) before sending the defective part back. I order the speakers on 05/27/11, sent back the speakers in June---it is now August 11th, and still no refund although they have confirmed they received the defective speakers back."

"overall the accessory geeks website is a great one! they're website is organized and easy to find things. their products are cheap and good quality. they do have some made in china quality things but that's not all the offer. they offer high end and low end things. they sell so many things!! i literally can use their website for everything cell phone related. they even have some other non related cell phone items. i've bought an hdmi cable from them that i've been using for months now and works great. i think the best thing about this company though is their customer service. the lady i talked to was super friendly and was able to help me with all of my issues. i will admit that their website used to take forever to load, but they've fixed that and now it loads up right away. including an open box return. i would definitely suggest shopping with accessory geeks. :)"

My problem was that in the process my credit card number was stolen and used to withdraw $600 plus out of my account. When I called to tell someone they were very rude and told me it couldn't not happen. This was a new account. I never used it for online purchases before it was strickly for writing checks. "I ordered a cell phoen case and they never told me they were out of them, the website said it was in stock. I paid for 2-3 day shipping on to find out 7 days later that it didnt even ship yet. The "customer service" depaartment lied to me about the shipping also. First I was told I would recive it in 5 days and then 7 days later was told it hadnt shipped. I still have yet to receive any product.
