"I ordered an MSI GeForce4 Ti4400 on March 28th. As of today, April 9th, the order had not shipped. I was disturbed, so I called. I was told it was out of stock, and would be for 2 weeks. So I canceled my order with their service rep, asked for a refund. I then went and bought another GeForce 4 Ti4400 from another site (with overnight shipping for $20 less, even). A few hours later, I get shipping confirmation from Aberdeen. According to their website, they shipped it 3 hours after I canceled. This is a poor way to run a business, and I am positive I will never do business with them again"
"I bought a basic system from Aberdeen a year ago to use as a server in a small LAN. 1. It was an excellent machine, very well-built and ready to run out of the box. 2. They included every single piece of installation media needed to add drivers and do tweaks. 3. When I did have one very minor problem, they answered the phone within 2 minutes and then proceeded to pay close attention to my query and fixed it in short order. Excellent equipment, excellent tech support, very good folks to deal with. I'm putting my money where my mouth is: I need another server and just ordered it from Aberdeen, they're the best in the business."
