Touch of trash

"Buy from any other company. It will take forever to get your item and then it's garbage. Customer service will hang up on you and you have lost your money! Contact BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU."

Try Another Source

"I ordered seven items for my new home with an order total over $1,000 before a discount. The product quality varied but generally the prices were high for the value received. Shipping isn't a deal of course and you're on your own returning anything that doesn't fit your space or decor. While the customer service staff were always nice it was absolutely clear their technology is way behind most vendors. They cancelled my order because their payment software wouldn't accept my credit card without associating it with a zip code I never used. I couldn't figure out why that was but the fact that they decided to cancel then re-entered my order meant I couldn't see my order on line. Then Fedex got creative and took some of the items from the city in which I live and literally shipped them across country and gave them to someone in the zip code Touch of Class assigned to my credit card.
One item was coming weeks late so it apparently wasn't in the initial charge I saw on my credit card statement. That makes sense but I couldn't reconcile the amount on my credit card statement without the re-created order (which never matched the original). The new order had higher shipping and it took four requests over a week and a half to get a document they claimed was the final order. This company is simply too much work for the quality and outcome.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

"First time customer with Touch of Class. I ordered soap dispensers and matching tissue holder from Touch of Class. I received the soap dispensers first and they were fine. The tissue holder was a completely different product! When I called customer service, I was told to send pictures of the soap dispensers and tissue holder along with the product code then they would send these to their vendor, then the vendor would determine if they would replace the items and send a return label. HUH? This isn't even my error and it will take a least a month to resolve AND they had attitude about it! I shop on line all the time and never experienced such lousy customer service. I wish I had looked at all the 1 star reviews before purchasing from them. I will NEVER do business with them again!"

Worst Experience

"Worst experience ever. We were gifted a comforter for Christmas. A king size comforter was ordered but we received a twin. The buyer contacted Touch of Class on 12/29 after we discovered the error. I had to take a picture of the tag to prove they sent me the wrong thing and eventually a return shipping tag was issued. I had to be at my house for FedEx to pick it up, but there was no way when this was going to be happen. They picked it up and we received word on 01/15/2021 that the credit and a new Comforter Set was being processed. I checked in on 02/03/2021 as I hadn't heard anything from them and I was told that the package was would be shipped around 02/10/2021 and I would be notified with a tracking number when it shipped. On 02/08/2021, I received the new Comforter Set. And what do you know...they sent a twin comforter set again. When I called to complain and request a full refund rather than trying to continue to work with this company, there was no apology, no attempts at making amends, and they took no responsibility whatsoever for the waste of time this has been to us. I will never order anything from them again and I will always encourage anyone else I can to avoid this company at all cost. "

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

"Do NOT and I warn DO NOT buy from this company. It is a 5-person run small company and they have the WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL Customer service!! If you but and need to return an item or track your purchase, you will not get through on the phone and they will not return emails. I had purchased over $1k worth of products for a Christmas gift for my mother. When the items finally arrived, the products were cheaply made and not of the same quality as the photos. So, we returned the items (at our own expense). The terms and conditions said to email them for a return shipping label and no one responded to my email. Therefore, to meet the return timeframe in order to get a full refund, we returned the items out of pocket at a cost of $113.00. I have spent almost 4 weeks to get the refund owed after I had confirmation the items were received by the warehouse. However, the customer service manager “Sarah” failed to return my emails or phone calls. So, I filed a credit card dispute with my bank. I will NEVER shop here again and warn you if you are thinking about it, DON’T!!! Horrible experience!!"

Dishonest company with horrible customer service

"I ordered from this dishonest business. I had several gift credit cards (which I get to make online purchases), and the money left on 3 of the cards covered the purchase price. Since I had 3 cards, I called first to ask if they could combine. The girl checked with her supervisor, and told me it was no problem. The transaction took a little longer, because they had to check that each card went through. That was fine. I was just excited to be able to use the cards to get something I really wanted.The sale was confirmed with a confirmation and a delivery date. A week later, they said they wouldn't complete the order. I asked for a supervisor, and was given a recording. I left a message, and then sent the company an email. NO RESPONSE!!! They took my money and refused to deliver the product or respond to my calls and emails. They lost a customer."

Horrible customer service

"Ordered a loveseat and sofa cover. Took over a month to receive. Never answered emails, phone calls always an excuse. To top it off, it went beyond the date for PayPal and they canceled the 2nd part of the order without contacting me. I found out by a follow up call. Don't waste your time or money. The covers were horrible and didn't fit."

Overpriced Junk!

"If you like investing your hard earned money in junk, then order from this company. I purchased two overpriced ($30 per item) night lights that I thought were going to be quality items, but I was wrong. The stained glass butterfly and bird night lights are nothing but junk. Do not order from this company as you can purchase quality items, 1/3 or half the price at other companies that their buyers don't peddle over priced junk."

Extremely angry!

"Ordered an item and it wasnt right fit or color. Emailed them a few days ago on whether I could exchange for another item and waive the return fee. They have NEVER acknowledged my question! Item was $63.99 and fed ex was charging $41 to send back.
Common courtesy would ne some kind of reply
Wont buy from them again, and will soread the word. ☹

"Cant answer a simple question.
If you order express shipping you get placed on a list to be called. This takes 3 days!!! They don't tell you this when you order.
Why order express shipping if it delays your shipping 3 days.
Call them up and they could care less about how stupid this is.
Will never order ANYTHING from them again.

Forget about customer service

"I purchased some very expensive rugs that are horrible quality. I called when I could see these rugs were not holding up after a short time and that is not wearing shoes in the house and living alone. They would not help me at all. I will never purchase anything from this company again. I even explained that I had spent a fair amount of money with them over the years and it did not matter. Their loss as I spend a pretty penny on decorating my home."
