"BAD EXPERIENCE!! Needed item on 15th. Placed order at 10:30 am on the 5th w/standard shipping (7-10 days). They didn't even ship until the 10th. THEN the 7-10 day shipping STARTED. I ordered this early in the morning so it would ship that day or the next.

Customer service's response was that "when you order something on the web, it takes up to 5 days to ship it". Customer service said 5 days seemed a normal time frame when you order something off of the internet!

Now I am being spammed with their sales fliers. Just say NO to A Touch Of Class!

"ordered area rug on the 3rd of jan 2011. got an email from them saying my order shipped out on the 7th. provided me with a usps tracking number that does not work. i contacted their customer service and was told that i have the correct tracking number but tracking info was not yet uploaded (whatever that means). it's been 2 weeks now and i still can't track my order. emailed their customer service again but, so far not heard a thing."

"Ordered bedding which was supposed to be "in-stock" according to the website. THey called after three days to tell us that it was back ordered and would ship out in 2 weeks.
Two months later it still had not shipped.
Customer service is so poor that I will never shop here again.

"Product ordered was not the same color as pictured on website -- and I dont mean a shade off, I mean it was pictured as dark brown and the item received was off-white. Here's where the real trouble began: it took over a month and 10 phone calls plus getting my credit card involved for them to authorize the return; then another 2 weeks of phone calls to get the refund for the return!

I have a friend who loves this company; but she has never had a return! Personally, I would never order from them again.
