I used the toll-free number June 21, and reached a gentleman named Wade. He is trying to get my order straightened out. The part that I needed, shown as in-stock on the website, is actually not in stock. Wade told me that he would have to order it, so it is going to take an additional 10 days. This is the first time I've ordered from A-1. In the past, I've ordered from a different appliance parts site. I don't know if I'll order from A-1 again."

i was surprised and then i repeated my order but when i reorder my part i saw it 30 $ more expensive!!!!Any way i got a new negative reply in my new order again.My card is a platinum one with no limit buys international and my bank (EUROBANK) the most famous in Europe.I had never problem with paypal either.You can check everything about my orders through Mr Wade Shepard and my credits in my bank because this was an offensive answer for me.
