"Chose A-1 for low price on item. Item was noted as in stock. Two weeks later I have not yet received the part. I called customer service and was told the item was on back order but ships in 10 days. I guess I'll wait.
Update: Item received 16 days after order date (was shipped Fed Ex 2-day) even though I had ordered w/ ground delivery. End advice...try calling to verify if part is in stock as web info doesn't seem up to date."

Website should have listed part as "NOT IN STOCK". This would have saved me time and aggrevation. I lost 2-3 days before I received confirmation the part was not available. "The A-1 employee I spoke with over the phone was helpful in locating the needed part for our dishwasher, although at first it was as if he and I were speaking different languages. Pressing through, I realized we were discussing the same part and all was good. I ordered on line, part was confirmed, delivered right away and emails were sent to me to confirm. I was pleased with the speed that A-1 completed my order. I was concerned when the package arrived, it was boxed/wrapped horribly. But, lo and behold it was all neat and tidy inside and works perfectly in the dishwasher. I was also well pleased with their prices, it was cheaper to order form A-1 and pay shipping and handling than to get the part at a store here in Oregon!"
