"I ordered a business card holder and USB 2.0 dock on their website and paid via PayPal. 14 days had passed and I emailed them asking for the status of the shipment. They gave me a reponse saying that shipping would take 5-7 days. I responded back telling them that 14 days have already passed, but all I got was the same message they sent before. I also tried to call them but I only received voicemail. Here's the automated message:

Hi there,

Thank you for your notes.

We apologize for the shipping delay.

Your order is in our distribution center now; it will be shipped in about 4 days. Order usually takes 5 to 7 working days to arrive. We apologize for your time in waiting for your order. You will receive a notification e-mail when the order ships.

Sorry for this convenience that may cause you.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via phone or e-mail.

If I were you I would stay away from this company at all costs. Don't give them your business. With all the complaints they've received, they don't deserve it. Their prices may be cheap but there's a good reason why -- they hardly ever ship their products and they won't give back your money willingly! You'll have to file a chargeback with your credit card company to get your money back.

"I ordered 3 sets of lcd screen protectors and 5 cell phone rechargers. All items SUPPOSEDLY in stock at time of ordering. Store sent receipt for payment SAME DAY. 14 days later no items, all calls every day go to magically full voice mail. ALl my emails recieve the same "your item will ship shortly" reply. After filing a complaint with paypal and informing the Axshop a new email said they will ship in 48 hours. 4 days later another ship in 48 hour email. 5 days after that Paypal refunded my money. Complete business fraud. THere has to be somewhere to file complaints to close these people down."

"Horrible company. They take your money and don't ship. The phone number listed always has a message "voice mail is full", email from customer service say "we apologize" and no additional information. It's been 2 weeks and i still haven't received anything"

"I have left negative feedback about this company a few months ago. After reading many stories on other forums, I decided to try them again. Knowing that they are slow shipping, I didn't expect the items quickly. I have indeed received all of the items after three orders. They are slow, but I got everything I ordered. If you know this going in, you'll be fine."

"Ordered a cable from Axshop expecting a 5-7 bus days delay. 9 bus days later, no update email or change in order status so emailed customer service. To their credit, they replied within two hours and was told it would ship in a few more days. My cable arrived in the mail as described, and for a good price. If you want a good price for a small item but don't mind waiting for inventory/shipping, axshop is a good place to look. If you want instant gratification, expect to pay more but have product in hand *much* sooner."

"Boy I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order albeit the order was only for 12 bucks, I placed my order on Oct 11 2005 and today is Halloween day Oct 31 2005 as I'm writing this review, THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD, they DO NOT have any of the items advertised on their website in STOCK nor do they have an inventory warehouse of their own, once they get your money THEN they scrounge around for the merchandise, I suspect that they contact their relatives in CHINA to look for the items. All their items are very cheap and that's why most poeple would not check their rating before ordering because the amount is small, BIG MISTAKE

My recommendation to all of you who got ripped off by these crooks is to file a complain with PayPal and you will get your money back one way or another as long as the amount is within PayPal limit, my mistake was I used my checking account instead of credit card this time otherwise I would just call the CC company and that would be all I'd have to do, let the CC company duke it out with Paypal and the crooks

"Ok as many of you I didnt have a good expierience I bought 207$ worth and they said they dont ship to canada so I asked for a refund I kept getting emails that i would get my money it would take a while thought because they have thousands of customers. But after 3 days I felt it was unreasonable so I started to track them down. There number is never available so my only choice was to find out so I looked up on the address of a reverse lookup Im in Canada so I was far so tracked them down through the phone. I first did a reverse lookup on the address then called a company and recieved the building management number. Called them and found the number for the building of their suite if anyone has a problem take it up with Sunny hes the administrator he handled my refund and I had it within 10 minutes if not 5. his number is ***-***-****"

"Do not purchase from this company! It is a scam.
They advertise 5-7 day shipping, in reality, your item never ships. I waited over 2 weeks and the item still never shipped. After 3 weeks, I threatened to cancel the order and suspiciously they said it would ship the next day. After 26 days, it still hasn't shipped and I've send them another two emails trying to cancel the order. All I get back is a form letter. The phone number goes straight to a voice mail box that is full. This a horrible company, do not deal with them.

"Placed an order on Oct. 12 and still has not shipped out. Have tried to cancel my order, but the website won't allow it and have sent out 5 e-mails over the past week with no answer. The phone number seems like a "dummy" phone set up as a front. have tried calling multiple times each day for the past week and always receive "The mailbox is too full" followed by a quick disconnect. DO NOT BUY from this website. I am in hte process of contacting PayPall to report fraud as well as my credit card company.

Seems like if you have a change of heart, the company does everything in its power to avoid you until it ships (which takes plenty of time, mind you) then you're stuck with the item. NO REFUNDS given is their policy. STAY AWAY from AXSHOP.COM

"I purchased some ipod nano protective covers from their e-bay store, I never received anything. The auction ended on the 4th of october. It is now the 27th of october. All e-mails I have sent have been replied to with the same automated e-mail with no info. Just asking you to call or e-mail with any problems. The only problem being they do not list a phone number.

update: found the phone number from their website, phone goes directly to voicemail, huge scammer under no circumstances should you buy anything from them.

"Purchased a USB Hub from them on 10/11.. I never got an order # so I was unable to get package tracking. Sent 3 emails to sales dept, no response. Tried calling sales phone #, "mailbox is full". Sent 4th email threating to contact Paypal Fraud Dept, they get back to me saying it was shipped 10/12. On 10/25 I get another email saying it HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED, but it will be shipped in 2 days! Avoid this company at all costs, unless you want to throw away your money!"

"These guys do deliver, but they take almost one month to get anything to you, possibly more. The prices are excellent but they should at least be honest about the slowness of their supply chain.

Everytime I send them an e-mail they claim that the item was just out of stock, and now that its in stock it will take 5-10 days to arrive. That was over 3 weeks ago, and I'm still waiting.
