"I placed an order on 10/11/2005 from axshop.com and have received nothing from them. Luckily, it is probably the smallest order I have ever placed online - Whew!

This is now 11/22/2005, and despite numerous emails to them over the past week, I have received nothing more than generic emails stating the item was shipped. They gave me a USPS tracking number which provides no information beyond the fact this fraudulent "company" notified the postal service they were going to ship something. Nothing has been shipped. No tracking information is available. I have repeated this fact to axshop in several emails. They have chosen to overlook or ignore this information. I have chosen to let this be known to all who read this. This company is simply a rip off. Period.

I have been getting numerous rather enticing email flyers from axshop with quite good deals; however, when they showed their lack of business ethics I unsubscribed since I knew I would NEVER place another order with them. In retaliation or incompetence (it really doesn't matter which) they proceeded to spam me with some 20-40 emails in the next two days. It appeared these emails were originally from people also attempting to unsubscribe.

If you are considering a purchase from axshop, I have just one suggestion:

DO NOT BUY FROM AXSHOP!!!

"I dont get the bad reviews for this site. This was my first time ordering from them. I ordered a Motorola phone tools cable with cd from this site. It was the absolute cheapest i have found anywhere online. This was real motorola branded one and not oem or replica cable. I ordered on 11/13 and i just got it today 11/19. Took 6 days total to get it. I just looked at the cable and it is official motorola one model SKN6311B and the motorola phone tools software it comes with is not a copied cd. Although now it seems on the site that they are shipping it without the cd.

Anyhow it was a great transaction they let me know when i recieved my order and sent me another email when it would be sent out. Once it was sent out they sent me a usps tracking number. It arrived in perfect condition and perfect packaging. So i can say i recommend this site. They also have some new guarantee so maybe thats why i got my order so fast. So for you doubters this is one happy customer

Nokia uses the same adapter for all its phone (if not 90% and mine is one of them) They refuse to refund my money."

I have since placed another order from this website, and I am very satisfied with my most recent experience.

I placed an order on 12/8/05, I received an email confirmation of my order that same day, received an email that the order had shipped on 12/14/05, and I received the order on 12/16/05. Not sure why so many people on here are having all these problems. So far, I've ordered 3 times from this site, and have not had a single problem. In fact, I've recommended this site to my brother and a friend of mine because of service that I received. I don't know if I'm just lucky or what, but I will continue ordering from this site with hesitation.

Wow, there is a lot of negativity here regarding this company. I figured I should go ahead and post my experiences with this company.

I placed an order for a $10 LED flashlight. The flashlight itself was for $5 and the shipping was $5. I was fine with that. First time ever buying from this company so I figured I wouldn't mind losing $10 if they're not legit.

Anyway, I finally received my package about 2 weeks after I placed the order. Flashlight was in great condition and worked perfectly. It wasn't exactly shipped in excellent packaging, but I really didn't expect that much from this company. Anyway, they did a good enough job with the first order, so I placed another order for the exact same item, but this time I ordered 2 of them. Again, it took about 2 weeks to get to me, but they arrived in just as good a shape as the first one.

So, it did take a little longer than what I'm used to to get the package to me, but I did get it and I'm happy. Plus, the flashlight itself seems to be a pretty good quality item with similar flashlights at other retail stores costing much much more.

So, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

"My experience with this store is somewhat mixed. I placed my order on 10/11/05. After reading so many negative comments on this store, I set my expectation from this store really low. I didn't even bother to contact the CSR to expedite the shipping. Today my order has finally arrived. To my surprise, the 23-in-1 USB card reader works really well. I tried CompactFlash, MemoryStick, XD Type-M, they all worked flawlessly. I have 2 other USB readers that claim to work with XD but failed to read Fujifilm Type-M XD card. But this one works perfectly, and it looks much slicker than my other 2. The other item of my order is a 4" universal LCD screen protector. I have to say that is a waste of money. The screen protector is already scratched when I took it out of the package. And the transparancy of this product looks poor.
Overall I'm somewhat satisfied with the purchase. If you're looking for something cheap and don't mind waiting for a month, axshop might be worth a shot. "
