"I was very impressed with this site and the customer service representatives. They called me before shipping my product and I actually did want to stop some of what I had ordered (buyers remorse I guess) and they stopped those items from shipping with out a any problems or drama. Of course my creditcard was charged the full amount of the original purchase but by the time I received my Crimson laser and Pearce grip extension they had refunded my money fully with no fees or anything.
