"Ordered part, warranty and $200.00 core deposit on March 18, part was defective, sent back and have not received any refund yet but received an email several days ago saying that they are going to refund only the money I paid for JUST THE PART within 1-2 days, not received anything yet. Website states that they have technicians there on Saturdays until 6 pm est, not there but you can call to order parts. SMH. Very dissatisfied with the service. I guess I am going to have to take the trouble to dispute my credit card transaction."
